I bought a 2009 rzrs this year. The previous owner has installed Maxxis Zilla 28×9-14 on the front and 28×11-14 on the rear. I have decided to carry a spare and am looking for suggestions as to what size would work the best. Thanks.
This may be one of those situations where I can’t give enough info in a medium such as this but here goes…
Not every time but often this weekend when I’d let off the accelerator there would be an intermittent "grinding" noise. I might be making this up but i think I could feel it. Almost like whatever was making the noise was "dragging" on the car more than the normal engine braking. It seemed to happen more when going downhill than on flat ground.
Going to get a new multimeter to confirm but pretty sure my coil is dead or barely working.
Started fine yesterday then today it started for a few seconds with a very low weak idle then died and ever since it’ll crank and backfire once in awhile, exhaust has smoke coming out, fuel pressure and fuel quality is good. Unplugged my programmer and no change. Unplugged the wires from the coil and the backfiring stopped. I also cleaned the grounds, checked the air filter etc..
I sprayed some ether to it and same thing it’ll backfire and smoke but won’t fire the cylinders. The spark plugs are ngk iridiums with maybe 250 miles.
Last weekend I went to disney, ok and had zero problems. Anyone been thru this or something similar? Doing a search I didn’t really pull up much about bad coils.
This happens so far only when I’m in high gear at idle. The transfer case has a slow leak. I topped it off but the sound is still happening. Occasionally there is enough drag to stall the motor at idle. This has only happened once. This is on a 2012 4 800 (same motor tranny etc setup as an S)
I have a 2010 800. Never had an issue, it has been well taken care of. It sat idle for 1 month and when I cranked it up, it would not rev up all the way. Driving down the road it seemed like it was in limp mode or hitting on one cylinder only. Eventually after a mile or so down the road, it spit,sputtered and finally opened up and ran like it should. For the next week or so, it ran good everyday. Yesterday, i cranked it up and it was in limp mode or not running good again. I ran it up the road for about 3 miles and no luck. It never opened up. It will only rev up to around 4300 rpm. Idles at 1000 rpm. Is there a mass air flow sensor or some other type of sensor that can be dirty? Air filter is clean, always maintained propely. Any suggestions before I take it on at $105/ hr labor rate.
I have a 2012 800 s overheating bad I have changed thermostat the circuit breaker and still over heating no coolant in oil and no water Comin outta weep hole what else could it be? I hear a gurgling noise when I turn it off in floor board any suggestions?

I am looking to upgrade my secondary. I have a CVTech Primary and want to do the secondary. What is everyone using and why? Also, can someone explain the helix degrees to me. Im competely lost on that one.
