How do you drain your radiator on a 2015 rzr s 900?

After being back ordered for a few weeks. I finally got my xp turbo hood on. $79 looks great.

Anyone have a spare stock tool kit? I can’t figure out if I loaned mine out or left it on the trailer. :rolleyes:

Saw on superatv.com that there rear cargo box is on sale. Does anyone have one and if so what do you think of it? Need something to store tools and stuff in and the price is right for this one. Or do you have a better option?

I am looking for a roof for my 900S. I have the factory plastic windshield that’s held in by the visor. Do I have to go with the Polaris roof or can I use an aftermarket? Suggestions?Thanks

2016 900 S with now a grand total of 28 miles…….

Got the clutch a little hot last weekend, just enough to mildly smell it. In the rocks, got into a wedge situation for just a second. No rolling smoke or anything. Got it out & took it for some low stress, wide open runs to cool it down a bit. Didn’t notice much difference afterward.

Fast forward to today….. Just zipping around pasture, some wide open, some weaving through trees, just play stuff with the daughter. (All brushhogged down grass, nothing crazy tall) Noticed burnt clutch smell after a few laps around. Just basically a big loop around, running 15-40mph. Never noticed a real difference in the pull, just the smell (pulling solid to about 45-50, not enough room there to open it up any further)

So, the question: Should I worry? Still just breaking in? Did I screw up getting it bound a little last weekend? Anything I can do to derail premature failure?

Got a long weekend ride coming up Labor day, wife’s not going to be real pleased with me if I’m wrenching this brand new machine at camp all weekend.

My first crank seal went out after about 200 miles. I pulled the motor and had dealer replace the seal. I reinstalled motor. Went riding for about 12 hours and all seemed well. Well on the next ride after 4 hours or so the crank seal blew again. Not wanting to pull the motor again. I machined off the lip on a factory seal and silicone it in. Well not even 6 hours later oil is blowing out from between crank and seal again! I think the first time it blew was due to me filling up belt box with water to test for leaks. Maybe a piece of trash floated up to the crank seal and got in there. The 2nd time, I don’t know. 3rd time, completely stumped. I love this machine but this sucks. almost a year old and this is the only problem I’ve ever had. maybe some silicone got into the "crank seal port holes" when they split the engine cases. I never had a problem then I snorkeled the RZR and about 20 more hours of riding all this started happening. I don’t think the snorkels would cause this though. I was very careful not to get silicone on the crankshaft when sealing the belt box to the case. When I crank the RZR oil doesn’t seep out, it pours out, like its building pressure. How much oil actually moves around behind that seal? Crank vent is clean and clear. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m wanting to use my rzr to get to my hunting land this year and I’m wondering if any body had found a good way to carry a gun or bow on theirs.
