Took a friend for a ride

I recently contacted a friend (70 years old)I hadn’t talked to in a few years and invited him to go ride with me. I really had no idea he liked stuff like this so had no idea if he would freak out or enjoy the ride. Well, he freaked out alright……………….with pure joy.! I took him to my local medium speed trails to begin with and then took him on more radical trails later and he was ecstatic in how much fun he was having. Will he buy a RZR? No. Limited income, but by God he had the time of his life………..so he said. So I told him he was welcome to ride with me anytime and all he said was………….how soon?:)

26″ or 27″ tires…

I will be changing the OEM wheels/tires for aftermarkets.

I already have the wheels – ITP SS216 Matte Black Front/Rear 12×7 (4/156) + (4+3).
I’ll be using the same tire size as stock which is 9-12/11-12 but taller.

I want to go with a size or 2 up on the stock suspension…will 27" be okay or just move up to 26".

Spare tire carrier

After having a bad summer of going through tires, I figured I needed a way to carry a spare. A buddy fab’d this up for me over the weekend using scrap metal he had laying around the garage. It’s got 2 pins connecting it to the top roll cage so if I have to get into the box I undo the pins and it flips back.
Now I just hAve to paint it and get a matching spare.
