Pretty impressed with 2012 570

I’m pretty impressed with my 570. I’ve got 4,468 miles on it and now we’re just replacing parts u joints, a arm bushings, ball joints, and both front and rear axles. The only parts that we’ve replaced on it was the voltage regulator and wheel bearings last yr. I’m still running the oem belt that came with it but I do have a spare for the just in case moment.
We ride mostly 50 inch trails and some routes with the occasional mud holes. In the winter, we put the tracks on it along with the plow.
So it’s needs a time out for awhile until we get the parts for it but the grass still won’t grow under my feet cause now I’ll get to drive my father-n-law’s 570 Ace and break it in for him.

diy beadlocks

Hey guys, I’m located in Central Arkansas and I found a shop locally that makes diy beadlock kits for 12" steel wheels. And they only charge $44 bucks! So if you have some welding skills and have the black/plain stockers (and aren’t afraid to weld on your RZR), you could have some beadlocks for cheap.

This is by far the cheapest i’ve ever seen a kit. It comes with 4 inner & outer rings and the bolts. The shop mostly does drag racing, but (i think) beadlocks are beadlocks so it shouldn’t matter. I’m going to buy a set and let you know how it goes. if they are legit, i’ll send everyone the contact details to order your own. They will ship!

RT lift kit problem?

listening to other people with rt 2" lifts and 1.5 forward a-arms,maybe theres something wrong with mine since my 28"zillas hit my headlights.Is the upperbracket supposed to be riggid because my pivots up and down.Any help would be appreciated Im at the point where Im going to put my old a-arms back on.:sad:

clutching question

To some of you guys with clutching experience. I’m getting a lot of clutch heat running at high speeds. Enough to deform my snorkle a bit. I’m running 27 inch outlaws and about 350 lbs of people cargo. I’m assuming when running 6800-6900 rpm there’s too much load on the secondary and to fix that I’d need a bit stiffer secondary spring. If I went to lighter primary weight to bring the revs up I’d think the heat would be greater because of less squeeze and slippage? Just wanted a second opinion in case I had this all backwards in my head.
