Sick Speed dress up kit question
I ordered the sickspeed dress up kit for the RZR panels and I a m wondering if any of you have it. It is bolts and color coded panel washers. Looks like a cool addition to dress up the body panels. I was counting the bolts and washers that come in the kit. I believe 24 comes with the kit. I walked around my 570 and it looked like there are more than 24 in my panels.
Have any of you guys purchased the kit and did you have enough bolts and washers to replace all?

RZR 1000 Seats into 570
First I cut the flat part of the seat base from the 570 frame and was left with:
Then I welded the 570 frame pieced to the inside of the 1000 frame:
I had to remove that outside "ear" of the 570 seat base so it would fit under the modified frame:
before:
after:
Bolt it all back together and you’re good to go.
This is NOT a mod for the long-legged unless you want to modify the 1000 seat frame and/or the firewall. The frames are different. The 570 frame is one piece of square tubing and is curved (bent) between the seat base and seat back. The 1000 seat frame is square tubing on the seat base that is welded to C-channel for the seat back. Where the base and the back come together, it protrudes further rearward and the inside corner hits the firewall when pushed back:
Here it is pushed back to the point it is just touching at the aforementioned points:
At 5’9" with short arms and short legs, it’s a comfortable reach for me sitting in the driveway. Test ride to follow.
Problems, if they could be considered as such: I had to work to get the paint off of the 1000 frames whereas with the 570 frames, I just had to get the wire wheel close enough to where the wind from it spinning hit the paint and it just fell off.
The upholstery nut-serts like to unscrew out of the 1000 seats:
You can’t grab those things with pliers or you’ll destroy them. They were easy enough to weld around, but they were in the way for grinding.
The 1000 seat backs have three vertical adjustments. My 5’4" wife likes the lowest setting. I think I’ll like the medium.
Overall, I sit taller in the seat by well over an inch. The bolsters are narrow which I like, but they are too soft in my opinion. There is more padding in the seat base. The seat back is quite a bit more upright which we both like. As for getting in and out, it is now more difficult to clear the door frame with my feet.
They’re not full buckets, which would be preferred but the price was right.
Unrelated; I’m taking recommendations for an easy to use photo sharing site. It seems every time I use Photobucket, the UI has become more difficult to navigate and the pages load slower and slower and slower…
