Does anyone have a good setting for rzr 570 with slip on stock otherwise.

Just installed some 35 watt 5k hid headlights tonight. Overall I’m really impressed. I know there is already a bunch of posts on this but I wanted to share what I found with the opt7 lights as I didn’t see any info here on them. I really dont know how you can get any easier to install, just unplug the factory light, twist out bulb and twist in the new one. Plug in all the connections, secure the ballast and wires and your done. I secured my ballasts under the hood on the sway bar support. I was debating getting a led light bar but honestly dont think I need it now. Much more light than stock and all for $34.00. I took pictures of the old and new lights at night but the pictures didnt turn out too good so I’m just attaching the install pics. There was actually two polarity reversing cables and a relay wire harness with a fuse that they include but isn’t used for this application. Also came with a good set of instructions that pretty much gives a solution for every situation. Not sure about the longevity of the product but so far I’m really happy.

I was on a 2 day ride the weekend when my RZR started overheating and went into limp mode. I turned off the rzr right away and notice the cooling fan wasn’t working. Luckily I was near a autoparts store so I bought some wire and a rocker switch and ran the fan straight off the battery.

Yesterday I started diagnosing the problem. It turn out that the red wire from the circuit breaker was cracked and corroded under the floor board near the brake peddle. This was on a straight run of wire not near any bends, pinch points or connections.

Thinking of using a heat shrink butt connector to replace the wire and relocate the circuit breaker by the ecu as a preventative measure. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue?

Hey all, the wife and I just got back from a 4 day trip to the Black Hills where we rode about 200 miles in 2 days. We went up to the Galena area with friends of ours on their 1000XP on day one and the little 570 kept up great, with one problem, smoked the stock skid plate on their very rocky trails. It’s not broken but it is hanging down on the passenger side now. So, the wife is on board with a replacement after seeing the damage and talking with my buddy’s wife, thankfully. What thickness of UHMW plates are you guys running? I see either 1/2" or 3/8" and typically I’m not going to be riding in rocks. Just when we head out to the hills which seem to be almost all rocks now. Thanks for the help!

Started to pump break and held really hard and turned on no problems … we drover for another 20 min and turned off again and could not restart at all.

2013 RZR 570 …

I have a 2015 model, my question is the factory wheels are 12×6 and 12×8. everywhere I search for replacement wheel for a spare for the front the size listed is 12×7?? Does it make a difference.

This is a problem more for mud riders than the west coast duners. Everytime I ride thru deep mud I stop and check the area where the rear bottom a arm mounts to the hub. It’s like a pocket and collects mud. Many times I have removed small sticks and rocks. Always in fear that they will puncture rear boot. The 800 has a different design so it’s not a problem for them. Anybody come up with a solution for keeping crap out of there. I will post some pics next time out.

Need some help. I’ve been searching for a truck rack that allows the rear of the RZR 570 wheels to sit in the bed, and the front wheels up on the cab. What I liked about this set up is that the tailgate is closed and the RZR is IN the bed rather than above/on the bed rails/rack. Does anyone have any info on this type of rack? I need something to allow our bumper pull camper.
