When putting the spacers on the hubs, how many lbs should I torque the bolts to?

A 2013 model with a whopping 139 miles when I picked it up yesterday! Very clean and sharp machine. Quite few add ons, many that I would have never done, but they sure make it look sharp. The guy was very meticulous on his add ons, much cleaner than I would have been able to do.
Here’s the list of extras already on it.
30" light bar (really nice one, actually tried it out last night and it is SUPER bright), team alba front bumper, team alba EFI controller (has it wired so if you wanted to go back to stock it is just a matter of unplugging it at the motor and plugging the stock one back in), TUSK removable roof, TUSK overhead bag and between the seats bag, locking armrest safe, 2015 OEM glove box, carbon fiber decals, tinted half windshield, suede steering wheel (I would have never done this, but having owned a polaris ranger the aftermarket steering wheel is super nice compared to the plastic stock version), billet shifter (this is the only thing I might switch back to stock, he gave me the stock shifter and steering wheel), some fancy rims (they look really good but this is a question that I’m going to have on whether this lowered the clearance or not, he gave me the stock wheels so I might be going back to stock on this although the new rims look great). Another thing that I would have never done is a fancy 6′ tall LED whip with a flag on it. It has a remote that changes colors, flashes, all kinds of options. Neat, but not something I would have done.
He made a few other modifications with a screen over the air intake and doing some modification to the air box to make it more air tight and not allow dust to get in.
I think that is it. I got it for $8,200 so that seemed like a pretty good deal with all the options and the very low miles on it.
Got it out and ran it around the property this afternoon. Coming from a 2007 Polaris Ranger 700 XP it was a completely different riding experience. It was actually FUN!
Here’s a close up of the 2015 OEM glove box. It looks and feels like it came with the machine from the factory.
I’ll be using the machine some around the house (I live on 60 acres) and at my hunting property (160 acres), but that’s what I used my 2007 Ranger for and I ended up putting a whopping 300 miles on it in a little over 4 years that I owned it.
The reason I sold the Ranger and bought this was to use on ATV trails in Montana in the summer and possibly in several other states as well. So far with a whopping 5 miles put on it this afternoon it is a blast to drive.
The only concerns that I have right now are the wheels and tires. He took the stock tires and put them on the new wheels that are a little wider or maybe have a different offset than the stock wheels. I haven’t gotten out a tape measure to check, but he said that the machine is 52" wide now. I know that probably won’t affect getting through any gates, but I did get a ruler out and the ground clearance is down to 9" in the back. There is still some adjustment on the rear shocks so I think that will bring it up some. I guess I need to actually get out there and measure the wheels and figure out my options.
The crazy thing is that the stock tires are the same size as the ones I’m running on my Yamaha Grizzly 450 ATV’s. I have 2 of them and one is going to need a new set of tires soon, so it looks like I might be able to move the stock tires off the RZR to the ATV and buy some new tires for the RZR.
The only other for sure addition that I’m going to do is a winch. I found this one that looks like it would be good, is a winch a winch or do I need to spend the extra $ for a Polaris or WARN brand?

Update: not sure how I missed it but my rear outer cv joint is destroyed. Would this be the cause of my issues?
I have done a few repairs.
Done all wheel bearings twice. Just did the rear bushings. Just did the breaks for the first time.Changed a couple of axels, from torn boots taking out the cv joint. U-joints twice and now the yoke is pouched.
ball joinds and front bushing are fubared again and I just had to buy a new battery.
Havent had to touch the motor or diffs or rad.
But have changed parts in the primary clutch twice and changed the belt at just over 6000 when the clutch went.
I did the under filter uni mod and that has saved the engine. I ride in very dusty conditions and the motor still uses no oil. I do oil change when needed and drive it hard (not crazy just hard)
Machine isn’t perfect because of being rolled half a dozen times, but still in really good shape.
Ride it hard, fresh air and clean oil. the 570 should last a long time.
