I was thinking about increasing the front tire pressure now that the plow is mounted. Thoughts???

Im sure this has been disscussed before. But how many manufactures of gear box lifts are there and which ones are better?

Been looking at getting a clutch kit instead of going for a snorkel kit for now. I am looking at EPI kits but they offer a sport kit and a mudder kit. Price is the same for both and I can’t seem to tell the difference. I am running a stock 2014 850 HO PS with 27in ITP XTR tires. I do alot of mudding but not at all totally in the mud. I have been told a clutch kit can reduce top speed but I have seen my bike (with the stock tires) at 82 and don’t care if I never see it again. Every time I think about it I see something stupid happening. I love the power, not so much the speed! When my group rides I am the camera, recovery, mechanic part of the deal. So my question is which kit would you pick and why? These are the two I am looking at.

Mudder Clutch Kit – 28-29.5" Tires – WE437052 – EPI

Sport Utility Clutch Kit – Any Tires – WE437050 – EPI

Hey guys I’m wondering if any of you have run the stm clutch kits on your 850’s and how they turn out are they worth the money? I have a 28" mega may hams and a qsc clutch kit right now and I like it but I’m thinking of going up to 29.5" outlaws and maybe the stm clutching and info would be great.

Have any of you ever changed a front wheel bearing?? My front right wheel has a little slop in it so I was gonna change out both front bearings. I would like to use Timken bearings if anyone has the part number. TIA

Interested in how much of a difference this kit will make on a 2015 850 SP with 26 Pitbull growlers. Does it make it feel like it over revs? Is it jerky or smooth? Wheelies? Not a ton of cash if it makes a big difference. Looking for all input good or bad thanks.

Went to install my new heated grips today. Disconnected the battery, did the install, everything turns on beautifully. However, now the fuel guage flashes and is showing as empty and the ATV won’t start. It just clicks once.

I undid all my work and tried again and same thing.

ATV is a 2010 XP 550.

On a related note, and it only happened once, but I was riding and got a check engine light with Error Code 7. Turned it off and turned it back on and the code was gone.

Plugged the battery back in tonight after disconnecting heated grips and it gave me the same code. I’m at a loss here, anyone have any ideas?

*Reconected again, no engine codes. However, the fuel gauge is still flashing and showing empty. Try to start and it clicks one time and then nothing. Battery has plenty of juice.
