I just bought a 2011 850xp. It has 981 miles and 75 hrs. A buddy of mine had a 2012 and broke his front diff, he bought an aluminum piece thats a little thicker. Has anyone had any problem with there front diff with stock tires? I might go with 28" tires but no bigger then that. Thanks

I started a thread about my axles clicking and what ones to buy but i started thinking that my u-joints in my prop shaft are shot too, well the rear one by my foot anyway, so im wondering if maybe the clicking im hearing could just be the u-joints or if its defiantly the axles, im not home now to check it out but has anyone had that happen that it was just u-joints and not the axles, i would hate to buy new axles and it not be the issue.
I am looking for a set of heany duty rear springs. I am wondering how harsh the ride will be with stiffer springs in. Also epi doesn’t list them for a 2010. The only other place is highlifter but I really don’t want yellow springs.
Any advice or brands pros or cons, I am all ears. Thanks for the info.

so i noticed the other day the my 2011 850 xp was sitting low on the front right corner. when i put a level across the fron rack, it showed that its sitting about 3/4" to 1" lower on the right side.
I checked to make sure i had all of my springs at the same setting (turned all the way down to soft setting). I checked to make sure the spring was not broke.
so my only guess is that possibly the shock has lost its charge and should be rebuilt? a guy at work told me he rebuilds his dirt bike shocks once a year (changes the oil and recharges the nitrogen). can the stock polaris shocks be rebuilt? is this even my issue?
