Hey guys! I know this has been asked about a 1,000 times but I’m in need of some assistance. I just ordered a Glacier II blade and what they’re calling a mount. I was under the impression that these two parts are all I need to make this setup functional. Anyone have any experience with the "integrated" mount on these machines?

I just bought a sp Xp1000 and Im very pleased with it so far.

But one bad thing is that it was hard to shift gears (idle at 1200rpm), so i took off the clutch cover and noticed the belt was very tight aligned to the primary clutch even at idle rpm.

I placed a washer in the secondary clutch to prevent it to "backshift" "too mutch" to avoid it stretching the belt to mutch at idle, and -voila! Easy to shift.

But one problem remains;

When i go downhill with Adc/ebs active it works fine until the engine speed is down back to idle, then the braking effect totally disappears.

What to do?
I want both easy shifting and fully working adc!

Looking to see everyone’s set up for ice fishing. I just purchased an Otter Monster ATV box. Looking to mount it up within a week. I’m looking to do a quick release set up, but something that will be solid as a rock.

just seen gse make a slip on for the sporty 1000 not as nice as rjwc but a lot cheaper and looks good to I may give it a try

Has anyone ever installed the RJWC programmer? Im not real smart when it comes to stuff like this, but when i was trying to install it yesterday, there is no room for me to put my hands to plug the wires on the programmer to the stock fuel injectors or whatever. it says plug and play, but it aint that easy. Do i have to remove the intake cover on the side or something? theirs gotta be an easier way to plug those wires.

Hey guys, I am looking for a plow for my 2015 Sportsman 1000,I was wondering what experience you all have with the glacier plows. I am also considering a Denali from Moto Alliance. Thoughts and or experiences with either is much appreciated!

I just bought a set of 28 inch mega meyhems. Looking for a clutch kit. What are your guys opinion on a brand of clutch kit? Will I notice quite a bit of difference in low end power? Thanks

Well last week I got the little postcard thingy in the mail about my exhaust springs and gasket. I wasn’t too concerned as I’m really not having much of the heat issues. My local dealer called me last Thursday and asked me if I wanted to bring in my 1000 to have the recall performed and I said sure. I took it in on Friday and today I got a call from them saying that my heat shield has separated and that my muffler is cracked and I’m going to be getting a complete new exhaust system from Polaris. Parts are on order and they should have it done hopefully early next week. I thought that was pretty cool of them to call me without me having to call them and ask them about the recall. I’m quite happy of the outcome as of now but I don’t have my quad back yet. I will post pictures as soon as I get it back and see if anything is changed with the exhaust.

I received the 8 piece package from Ricochet last week. I installed it today. It took several hours but I took my time and made sure everything lined up to my satisfaction. The quality and fit is fantastic. I understand why these pieces cost so much – they are well engineered and come with quality attachments as well as clear instructions.

I hear about springs on these 1000s Exhaust but I can not find any springs on my 2015 1000 Touring. Are the Touring models exhaust alittle different then the one-up 1000s ? Plus I took my quad for about a 20 mile run today and my exhaust never turned red in any spots and I ran it pretty hard.
