Just picked up a 2001 Fourtrax 350 ES TRX350FE for a grand. Needs a bit of tlc, but it’s pretty much ready to go save for one problem:
It came with 25" tires up front, 24" in the back and they are worn to nubs. Now I’ve come to learn that the rear stock rims are 11" and fronts are 12" and I’ve also learned it is a pain to find 11" tires. Is there a set of 12" rims that can be used on the rear so I can simplify my search?
Also,
Hello… First time poster from Canada. I believe my quad would be a Rancher, were it sold in the US.
Thanks guys.

My 2000 Rancher 350 4X4 has full-time 4 wheel drive. The front differential has a ratio of 1:3.769. The rear final drive has a ratio of 1:3.692. All tires have the same OD, so that means the front is running about 2% slower than the rear. That seems odd to me. Since there is no overrunning clutch for the front drive that I know of, I would have thought that both the front and rear would have been designed to run at the same speed. Does anyone know what the thinking might be behind this?
So i got a 2001 Rancher 350 4×4 and i am trying to get the front brakes working again. The guy i got it from told me that they just need bled…
well that didn’t work. So i took them apart and got the adjusters working again and adjusted them out so they where slightly rubbing on the drum. I bled them again and they work when you pump the handle, but after say 30 seconds you grab the brake lever again and there is nothing. You need to pump them a few times and then you have brakes. You can hold the lever in and the pressure won’t bleed off… SO what would be the problem? Is it the wheel cylinders that need replaced ? or do i need a new master cylinder?
Changed carb put everything back together while turning engine over to crank the engine bound up will not turn over no more, took starter off thing that may be it but was not the problem..this rancher was running before I changed carb..any ideals ?
I am trying to install a winch on my 2009 honda rancher 420 4×4. I have the warn provantage front mount plow system. I read on other threads the superwinch LT2000 will fit with this front plow. When I installed the winch one of the motor terminals rests on the plow mount. I am using the KFI winch mount. I suspect my winch mount is the issue.
Can anyone confirm a winch mount that will work for a LT2000 winch with a warn front plow mount?
I have a 2002 rancher 350 es with a brand new fuel tank, petcock, OEM Carb, Primary and secondary air filter. It will start and idle fine but when you give it fuel it wants to bog out and die. Is this a fuel air mixture problem possibly? I checked for air leaks from where carb goes into the engine using ether to see if it picks up and seems there are no air leaks. I have read that to adjust the air fuel mixture that it is on the pin in the plunger that needs to be moved. Just want a second thought on this. Also the fuel in it is non ethanol fuel and fresh. Fuel flow is also good from tank to carb.. Thanks for any help you guys can give in advance…
