Just got this new project on a Honda 300, 1988 model and I’m having trouble finding a lift for it. Anybody have any ideas on what I need to do or look at?

What would be a good winch and winch mounting kit to fit my 09 Honda recon 250?

I recently bought a set of 27" silverbacks for my rancher and have noticed that in two wheel drive in the mud she turns them pretty good. But in 4 wheel drive she has a hard time. I purchased a 35% secondary reduction and was wondering if anyone else has gone this route and if it was effective. Or did you have to do other mods as well?

My rincon is snorkeled. All vent lines, everything etc. is snorkeled to top of my snorkel when I’m under for more then 1:30 seconds it seems like it looses power to the wheels, oh and I’m hammering it also. Full throttle! Lol, But once I’m out of the water WAH-LLAAA it’ll pull a wheelie! I fabbed up an exaust tip at my job and put it on. Do you think this could be causing it? Maybe it has to much back pressure???

Bought a viper winch max 3500lbs and I am jackin up the cable everytime I use it.. Used it once and had to replace the cable took It out again and sure enough kinked that cable all up also 1st time out. If i dnt absolutely baby it and guide it the whole way in the cable gets jacked up in there then wont feed out right or go back in. Nvr have had this issue with warn winches and am woundering if that why they r so much cheaper. Gonna pay the extra and order the synthetic cable an aluminum fairlead this time around maybe that will resolve the issue… Aybody else had issues with these winches?. It seems to have good power but I dnt want to have to baby it when I am knee deep in mud..

I would like to hear from those that have the new 2015 Honda Rubicon. I’ve been wanting a Honda with irs, but the rancher and Rincon both lack low end torque due to the the non-servicable Hondamatic transmission. The new 2015 Rubicon comes with a manual or a new DCT.
How is the DCT in the mud?
How is it turning larger tires (29.5s and up)
Does it need a gear reduction? (is there one for it? )
Is there a lift kit for it?

I have stock primary gear and clutch basket from a trx300 which is a straight bolt on 14% gear reduction For 450 foreman and I think a 400 foreman someone correct that if that’s not true. Asking. $125

I was wondering if anybody makes a gear reduction for a 2015 rancher IRS? Or any information about it?!
