It won’t move!!

1987 350 FourTrax. I just rebuilt the motor along with new clutches and one way bearing while I had it all open. Put it all back together and it runs better than the day it came off the show room floor. However, it now will not move. When you put it in gear and the machine will slightly jump like normal (no grinding) but it will no move on its own. If you rev it wide open it looks like the wheels will try to move but it could just be from the vibration. What could I have missed? Drove fine when I pulled it in the garage to do the motor build. Oh and yes I did soak the clutches in oil for a couple days before I installed them. This will be the third time taking the side cover off to try and figure something out. I would love it if you all could tell me exactly what I screwed up. :icon_ cry:

Thanks

Damage Done ?

I just had some new rubber put on all four wheels of my 200d, well we went for a small ride to place our deer stand and my buddy stopped me and said my rear wheels were loose, one wheel lost 2 lug nuts and the other 1. Besides doing damage to the lug studs, was any other damage done, mainly to the axle ?

I posted this in the new member section- I thought I should try here.

Hi all
I just joined this site. My name is Teresa (from Maine) My son who is 16 has a 93 Honda 4 trx 300. My husband died last year (he could fix anything) and we don’t know what to do next.
This machine will not start. I had a friend replace the following parts-

Battery
Ignition
pulse generator
starter
coil/alternator
cdi box
I assume he replaced/checked the fuses

every time he said" this is the last thing it could be". Well, I have over $400++ of new parts and it still won’t start. I can’t keep dumping money in this thing and can’t even sell if it s not running.
What should I do next?? Neither my son or I know that much about this and don’t have a lot of money to spend. Barring a new wiring harness what else could we possibly replace
Thanks

Clutch Question

’95 Fourtrax 300 4×4
Please pardon my inexperience here. I’m still getting to know this thing. I’m not sure if this is normal or if I need to adjust the clutch. When I take off in 1st gear, it takes a decent amount of throttle to get it rolling. Like the brake is on. It clicks through the gears fine but it seems like it takes a bit too much effort than it should to get going. I wasn’t sure if this is a normal centrifugal clutch operation or what. I’ve had all four wheels off the ground when inspecting the brakes and they all spin with little effort so I don’t think anything is dragging.
Another dumb question… how do you know a clutch is slipping?

Front brakes

On my fourtrax, I am working on the front brakes. I took the hub off and tried to adjust the cylinder inside, but it is seized up. Anyone have any ideas to u seize, or should I buy a new cylinder.

86 TRX70 project help

I have started my first quad project. I have done 73 & 74 ATC’s and there are similarities, but this is a 4 speed. I purchased this with the engine in pieces.
I am trying to find out what position the gear drum and stopper plate should be upon install.
Also, does it matter that the case doesn’t have the smaller needle bearings in the holes where the transmission ends are inserted? I have all the parts for the transmission, including all the washers. It just seems like the trans. is awfully tight to turn when I close the case up and bolt it together.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
