Camoplast Tracks

We have long winters here where i live and i am debating getting a set of tracks for next winter. I have read somewhere that the atv camoplast tracks do not have replaceable bearings in the boogie wheels but the UTV tracks do. Does any body know if i can run the UTV tracks on my grizzly? Im just looking ahead to the maintenance aspect of this and i know i will end up grooming with my local atv club if i do get tracks so i will put alot of miles on in the winter. Thanks

Big Horns OG failure

hi everyone, back in february I had some bad luck with a set of BH OG . both of my rear tires cracked on the inside only [blackwall side] , not what I expected from a set of tires not even 1 year old . so after almost 2 months I finally got an answer today saying that maxxis is going to warranty them.

Skinny Outlaw 2s and re clutching

Alright guys so a few months ago my 400 ranchers tranny blew up on me so I’m saving up for a new to me grizzly (probably a 2012) and I am probably going to purchase one some time around summer before I go to Colorado to ride. Anyways to the point of this thread, I will be buying tires and wheels shortly after getting the bike and I was leaning towards 28" mega mayhems or 28" zillas. I’ve owned zillas on my old recon I had a few years back and liked em. I live down in texas and we have some nasty clay mud and some muskeg/ water bed type mud around my house. Also I ride sand on the river. We go riding up in pine mountain Oklahoma and mena Arkansas and this summer we are going to colorado. So I will be riding rocks mud sand you call it I will be going thru or over it. So what do you think will be the best tire for me? Also any suggestions on wheels? Thanks!

Newbie rim question!!

Hi guys, I just picked up a 1998 grizzly 600 today! It is awesome but the rear tires and rims are definately not the right setup. I have figured out that the factory tire size is 25x10x10, but i am having trouble figuring out what the offset of wheel i need is. Its a solid rear axle atv and the rims that are on it are more like what a front stock tire would be, so the tires are inset so far that the tire rubs on the exhaust and they just look weird. Can you guys help me figure out what offset wheel i need to order? Would a 12" rim be best to order with say a 3-5 offset? What is the stock rim offset on SRA atvs usually? Thanks in advance!!

11″ tire width on 6″ rim

Hey Guys,

I am about to pick up some 28" mud Mayhems for my 660. Just wondering if you think I would be alright to do 11" wide tires all around on my stock rims 12" rims (6" wide front, 7.5" wide back), or if I will likely have issues.

I was going to run 9" tires in the front but since the mud mayhems tend to dig, I figure wider is likely better for my riding style. Sftermarket rims are a bit pricy for me at the moment so I would like to use my aluminum stockers.

Thanks in advance,
