I’m haveing trouble with my 14 grizz 450 running rough and dyeing when warm. Its starts and idles decent but after rideing for several minutes it starts acting up. Has 88 miles on it.Maybe spark plug, valves need adjusted? Just started doing this, thanks.

2011 Grizzly 550 EPS, FI, Starter whine.
Hello all.. A couple of questions… I have been lucky enough to have my grizzly since 2011 and not had any fights with trees… Well that came to an end, lol.. Anyway, it died the winch broke and fried the winch wires, contactor and battery. It did not hurt the frame just plastics on drivers side, bumper, rack, etc. I had everything replaced at dealer under insurance. Now I have it back and it is making a couple of noises that it did not before. When I start it, it sounds like the starter winds for a split second after starting (like all polaris, just not as long, lol) and when I shut it off it sounds like it is releasing compression. I am sure it did not make these noises before but what do you all think? The only other thing I noticed is when I had it in 4-wheel drive and sitting still on a hill, I locked in the front diff and started to go slowly and it would hesitate kind of sputter but it finally came out of that and have not tried it again since. Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions!
Power Commander and Autotune Question
2013 Grizzly. Stock except 2" tips and 2 1.5" snorkels. Also 11:1 piston. New throttle body. Yes new TB got pissed and threw the original against the floor lol. Anyways PCV showing AFR of 10 mid range and up. Autotune does not do anything under 11.5. Any suggestions? Just using stock map

Shim’ed with stock tires?
I am running stock tires. I did the clutch shim on my 700. I do not remember how much shim I put in but i think it was 1.7mm which was the max. ( for my clutch)
I feel like its overreving, like I am wasting power/its not up shifting fast enough.
The question is. Does having a shim kit with stock tires change the ratio enough to mess with the clutching.
Or another way to ask. With stock tires would you get a better 0-40mph, with or without the max shims allowed for your clutch?
P.s.I like the low end power of the shim ,and haven’t topped my atv out. But if I am wasting 0-40 mph power to have 0-10 mph then I want to change that.

Problem with Carb!

I recently took the carb off my 2012 Kodiak 450 and managed to drop the needle set- I put it back together however after 40 minutes of riding today my bike suddenly stalled and would continue to do so every time I gave it some gas- can anyone help with the order in which I would re-assemble the needle set? I have found a few diagrams however they don’t appear to show which thickness spacer goes where. Any help would be much appreciated!!

660 clutch mods questions!!
Hey guys I got a bone stock 02 grizzly 660 Motor wise. I just put in wet clutch slugs and 1.5mm of shims. I still don’t have the rip to lift the front tires! I am thinking about going with 14 or 15 gram Dr. Pulley weights from jbs and possibly a new secondary spring. Not sure what I’m gunna need for a spring (if I need one) with the weight combo. I do a lot of hard pulling and moderate mudding. speed is the last thing I care about because I rarely go over 20. Lol. Let me know what you guys are running in yours and what you like or you would change!!!! :gcrules:
anybody with new wolverine 2016?
I am curious and im sure this is a long shot but if anyone has a new 2016 and they have torn into the head yet. I would love to know what the cam lifts were?.
I imagine not to many people tearing into there new bike yet but if they do measure the intake and exhaust lobes. PM if you need to know how to and have calipers or mics.
I would love to fit a dohc on a raptor if they were large enough to modify and make work
