The fan quit working, which isn’t the first time, but this time is different as I can’t figure out why.
I was originally only getting 4 volts to the circuit breaker in the back. Not 100% but I think thats going to be a mud in the fuse box issue, as I can’t possibly imagine why else.
I jumped 12 volts to the wire but the fan still didn’t work. I can jump a ground to the sender wire that comes from the ecu and the fan will start working. I have already replaced the temp sensor. but I jumped the wires across the temp sensor anyway and still no go.
Its almost like I’ve got 2 issues, the power coming from the fuse box and the computer not sending the signal. Has anyone ran into either of these two problems?
Is there away to test the display off the 4 wheeler or test the wiring? I had a bad battery that smoke the cdi. I replaced both and now only the display is not working I’ve cleaned the fuse and even replacement them all. I have power from two wires going to the display. So I know the backup fuse and the ignition fuse are good. I would like to apply power to the backup led in the display to see if it’s the wiring on the atv is bad
Noticed it the second I got it, but haven’t made a fuss about it yet. The two LED headlights are slightly different colored hues. One has a purple tinge to it. Anyone else notice this?
I also have a ton of play in them. Vibrates when the bike is idling. Checked all the screws. Doesn’t really bother me too much as you obviously can’t see the color difference when driving and it barely comes up in photos.
Still working on the over hauling the lighting on the Grizz. With the short days, I felt having good work/back up lighting was crucial when plowing. I went with the S2Pro Dual flood lights. Came with a wiring harness. 2100 lumens in each pod. Used Warn bar mounts I found on amazon which ran about $17 a set shipped. Overall really happy with this modification.

I just picked up a 2001 Grizzly. The previous owner says that it runs but even with a new battery after about a day it won’t start. I have read all the posts about parasitic draws and I am ready to start spark chasing. The owner’s manual says the fuses are near the left side rear fender and I see 2 of them near the solenoid. Are those the only two? The Grizzly has a Warn Winch and I am planning on starting there.
