is this good SPARK??? and starter relay update!!!

So i’ve been very busy, but finally got some time to spend on the grizz…
I had ordered a new starter relay and it ended up being a dud, which sucked BUT the company i ordered it from was great and sent me a brand new one at no cost whatsoever to me….yay!!!!!

Got it in and now i am able to push the start button and she turns over but does not start…so the first thing i am checking is the spark…which i do have, but i am not sure if it is a good spark or not, so i have attached a video for anyone to have a look.

I have set the gap, and the colour is a combo of blue, white, maybe orange and grn too, hard to tell exactly, so maybe someone can help me out.

After this i will be moving onto the carb…so PLEASE!!! have a look and tell me what ya think ok.

By the way had my daughter help me out by starting it while i held the my iPhone and the spark plug.

Thanks for any help guys!!!!

overheating light coming on but not overheating

Finally got my 2002 grizzly 660 back from the shop and was riding it alot yesterday after a few hours the overheating light came on and won’t go off I checked the radiator the fan kicks on and off like it should and everything so I figured I’d let it set and cool down it set for about an hour or 2 and still had the light on, so I let it set overnight turned the key on this morning and still on, could it be the sensor on the radiator or somewhere gone bad or what?

98 Grizzly 600 electrical issue

I’ve got a 98 Grizzly 600 and once my motor starts to get warm and reaches a certain RPM my oil temp light comes on and will stay on until my RPMs drop again and my starter starts to spin, however it doesn’t engage the motor. It won’t quit spinning until I shut the motor off. I know the oil temp light is supposed to come on when you first hit the starter as kinda a self check or something like that. I have replaced the starter solenoid about a year ago and that didn’t fix it. It otherwise runs fine, it is just annoying to have that issue. Anyone have an idea of where to start? Or what the problem might be? Could my starter switch be starting to go out?

Grizzly 660 blowing 30amp fuse

I need some help! My 660 is blowing a 30 amp fuse even though I haven’t turned on the key.

The story begins when I hooked a battery charger to the ATV to crank it. It barely had enough juice to turn over so I hooked up my battery charger and it cranked immediately. I know this was probably not the best idea b/c I usually disconnect the battery and charge it for a couple of hours. However, it cranked immediately and I drove it on my trailer. I left it idling as I drove to my camp. Once there, I drove it off the trailer and let it idle for a few more minutes while I put gas in another ATV. With everything ready to go, I hop on my Grizzly and didn’t get 30 yards down the road. The display with blank and the ATV died. I turned the key off and on but no lights. So I lifted the seat and started checking fuses. One of the 30 amp fuses was blown.

I’m attaching a picture I found on the internet of the fuse location. When I put a new fuse in the slot, and even with the key in the off position, the fuse started glowing. It blew that fuse. So, I’m figuring it shorted out. I thought maybe a wire dropped onto the hot motor and burned the insulation to cause a short but I notice these wires run along the frame and to the display on the handle bars. Has anyone else had a problem like this? I haven’t removed the front rack and covers yet.
