Does anyone know if the older EFI controllers, from the 2007-2015 will work on the 2016 models?
I have one 1 from my 2009 grizzly 700. its and EHS brand.
I was gonna sell it, but if it will work on the 2016’s I might keep it for when my Outlander Konks out and I have to go buy a new Grizzly 700.
2007 griz 700 with pcv with auto tune. The bike is running rich and the auto tune isn’t working. The software is reading 9.99 which is the code for bad o2 sensor. Been ready this since day one. Bought a new o2 sensor says the same thing. What am I missing?
Hi, Im new to atvs. Got a 2008 kodiak 450, same machine as Grizz. Id like to get a bit more power, but dont know crap about 4strokes. I have noticed Im runnin a bit rich, would leaning it out a bit give a bit quicker throttle response? Any performance suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I have an 09 grizzly 700 with hmf performance series slip on ,uni air filter and gen 3 hmf optimizer … what are the best settings … thanks for any help
So I have an 07 grizzly 700 it has a miss in the low idle. I have hmf slip on, clutch kit, and 27" tires. So….when I tried to get into the c0 screen, it wouldn’t. Am I missing something? Please give me some info on this
i did the rings on my 2003 grizzly 660 ( I’ve done rings before multiple times) and I also cleaned the carb while apart and after putting back together it runs like crap idles fine starts fine but about half throttle cuts out and dies . I have gone back through the carb 3 times all jets are clean , fuel screw is 2 1/2 turns out and diaphragm in fine , throttle clip position is in the middle . One thing I did notice is that if I cover the intake half way or more (with box and filter) it runs way better. Any help wold be great thanks in advance
I am in dire need of some tables. I don’t ride this bike much so tuning is very difficult an I am in high double digits across the board. Any body have some with similar mods.

Bought a 01 Grizzly and was going over it. The exhaust was opened up at the rear (spark arrester gone) so I made one to replace it. I don’t like it that loud. Any way I noticed that it was a little rich after that, black smoke and it would seem to load up at idle. It would also leak gas a little if you didn’t shut the fuel off when you would cut the engine off. I decided to check the carb and it had a 145 jet in it. I think the stock one showed to be a 143.8.The leaking fuel was a bad O-ring at the needle valve seat. Weird float system in these things. The guy I bought it from said it had a weisco piston in it and he had the head "ported and polished". I am not sure of either.Should a 145 jet run O.K.? Also I have noticed a little bit of chain noise in her and the chain tensioner is all the way extended. Are the 600’s bad for jumpingor breaking the chain or can I wait till off season to put one in it. By the way, when is off season?
