So I am about to attempt to find the right jets for my carb. I installed a 686 big bore kit and anticipated that I would need to. The purpose of this post is to see if anyone has some experience to save me some trial and error.
First off I am assuming that I am running lean since starting is a bit tough until warm and I’m getting back fires when decelerating.
WOT performance appears to be fine.
My question, with a stock air filter, box and exhaust has anyone else needed to change their jets and what size did they go with? Is it possible that I just need to do a needle adjustment and not change the jet?
I currently feel like getting 1 size bigger for the pilot should do the trick.
Also, has anyone has success with changing jets without removing the fuel tank etc? I’m thinking I might be able to loosen the boots and spin the carb a bit to get the bowl near me, then remove the bowl without pulling the entire carb off.
Any recommended brands? Buy a kit? DJ seems to be the most popular. I was going to just try my luck with local dealers and OEM jets.

I have a grizzly 450 with moose racing air filter and exhaust tip. I ride at low altitudes and have installed one size up jets. I will install a wideband O2 sensor, what AFR value should I aim for?
How will temperature changes affect my AFR? I ride all year round. On trails summertime and with a snowplow wintertime. Outside temp varies between 0 and 70 deg F

Any one have any idea what the part number is for a ehs bullet box for a 550 I ordered my big three kit and was getting ready to install it and on the side of the package it says grizzly 700 with a line through it and in sharpie its written "duals map" the part number on the package was 1002. I emailed EHS and no reply. Any ideas?
