Right front wheel not turning freely

I have 2013 700 with about 115 miles. I had the front end jacked up and noticed the left wheel turns freely but the right wheel has quite a bit of resistance. I thought maybe the brakes were dragging so I removed the calipers and they are not the cause. Since this machine is practically brand new I can’t imagine the wheel bearings are worn. Is this normal? Should it have resistance because of the gearing in the front differential. It is currently in 2WD mode. I am baffled but don’t want to keep riding it if I might be causing any damage to the drive system. Any advice from a member that is familiar with this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Rear brakes went bang

I pressed the brakes and the caliper bolts blew like a gun. Not sure if they worked loose one shearded. But they broke the plastic cover bolt. So the hub has to come of the axle to get at it. Next time( tommorow) loctite. Lesson learned can’t remember do you loctite the 190 axle but?

A-Arm Maintenance

I do not view this as a problem area on a Grizzly, but rather an inspection area. Several have had this fail, no difference than a tie rod end etc, after enough pounding something will eventually fatigue, especially on the older Grizzlies,. These machines are so reliable that many are approaching ten years out.

So lets show some pics here of maybe what to start looking for and maybe some that have failed. If possible the failed piece next to the replacement piece, maybe Redrocket could put his pics here.

Yesterday I hit a wall crossing a creek trying to do a follow the leader deal, that will cause me to do a full inspection on the right front when I get home. We all know when we run into stuff, so we need to start thinking about.

some suspension/width confusion over past and current models

So i have been shopping around for my first ATV and the Grizzly seems to be the best overall but some talk of body roll issues and some minor endo issues.

So i know they changed the suspension to be 2" wider for the 2014/15 models, but when i look at the 2013’s it says that it is the same width as the 2014/15 models, a 46.5" width. How is this so?

and the new 2016 is 48.4" wide but i cant find any mention of wider suspension, merely the words "improved" suspension.

any help would be appreciated.
