Needs help! lost hunter in Yakima.

Just spoke with a coworker who asked where trail 1205 meets 762 in Yakima county. She just received a call from Yakima county that they found her son’s abandoned truck at that location. He had been hunting in that area and not returned home. The Yakima county is starting a search party. Any one in that area riding would keep a look out that would be great. The lost hunters name is James Torres and he may be with his girlfriend. That’s all the info I got right now. I will update as I get more. Thanks for any help or info.

Is this GoPro a good deal?

I’m looking at finally taking an action camera plunge and was wondering if the GoPro Hero 3+ Silver was a good camera to own. Sometimes you see what you think are great deals and it turns out to be an outdated model that has had it’s share of issues. This is a brand new camera in the box.

So, I am asking for GoPro users (or other video brand users) what your opinion is on this model. It isn’t listed on GoPro’s website so I am assuming it’s not the latest/greatest but that’s okay if it is a quality camera.

What to fix first

Hey yall.. Im new to the RZR world, just bought a 2014 rzr4 900 and im loving it. Here is my idea for a new thread… I just came across the CB corrosion issue thread on here, and it got me to thinkng… Maybe all you veterans on here can help us new owners out by making lists of things we need to fix, rework, etc. right away before an issue develops.

Specifically things that Polaris should have designed differently from the start.. Not talking aftermarket mods and "bling" here..talking real world fixes like relocating the CB Or relay that controls the fan from below the water line ..

Sidebysideutvparts

I ordered a SSV works over head system for my rzr4 900 and spoke with a very friendly guy over the telephone for close to half an hour I received my product quickly and though the box was beat up and had a nick on one of the corners of the system I was too excited to care I was going on a ride this weekend when I started to install the system the brackets wouldn’t line up i called sidebyside where I purchased the system no answer so I left a voice mail and then called ssv works where they told me that I had recovered the wrong system. I left several messages with this company with no response I finally talked to an individual on the phone named jay who tried to tell me it was the right system all 900’s where the same and finally after he figured that it was wrong on their end he said that he could not afford to overnight the unit to me it would be too costly for them. This was their mistake not mine and they are not even trying to remedy this situation other than saying they can get me one in a week or so that’s great but I’m not going riding in a week or so. I have never been so disgusted with a company and their lack of care for the customer. Needless to say I’ll be getting a refund and spending my money else where

Just thought people should be cautious with this company if they want their parts anytime soon

Camoplast Tatou T4S Track Systems available at Inner Demon Motorsports

We are happy to announce that we are now an Authorized Dealer for the Camso (formerly Camoplast) RZR Track Systems. There are systems available for all RZR models. Follow the link below to view on our website. The dropdown menu will show the year and models available.

The Polaris RZR is one of the most loved UTVs out on the market and whether you have a RZR XP 1000, RZR 800 or RZR 570, we know that you love to take your side by side all over. When the weather or terrain takes a turn for the worse, you could use some help keeping your RZR going. The Camoplast UTV T4S Track System can keep your RZR going in nearly all conditions with some great benefits over traditional tires.

When the snow starts falling or the rain gets a little heavy, your RZR can start experiencing trouble in the less than ideal conditions. While tires will sink into the mud or snow, getting your RZR stuck. These tracks will simply drive over due to the larger and wider wheelbase, distributing the weight of your machine over a larger area. Ride in a lot of really rocky areas? The tracks can keep you from getting a flat miles from home. Air filled tires run the risk of experiencing a puncture from sharp rocks or other objects. The Flextrack technology in these rubber tracks will prevent punctures and make sure you make it back home.

Uneven ground doesn’t have to be a problem anymore either. When your tires can’t find traction, the tracks have a better chance of getting a nice grip, letting you move ahead. Ruts that normally stop your RZR in its tracks can often be simply crossed over.

Track Features:
•Front tracks feature exclusive Flextrack technology, with flexible sides and slight curve toward the inside
•Flextrack technology provides better shock absorption and reduced vibration
•Provides a more comfortable ride than traditional flat tracks while reducing splatter from mud and snow
•Stud ready tracks
•Rodless track construction (no stiffener rod inside) for real all-season usage
•Easier and more precise steering
•Two year limited warranty

Pm or give us a call with any questions.

These kits are delivered freight so they must be delivered to a business. The ordering and delivery process can take 2-2 1/2 weeks, sometimes sooner. Shipping is only available to the lower 48 states. Inner Demon Motorsports will cover the freight charges on these orders.

Street Legal RZR in Florida

I know this has been talked about a lot in here and I have been reading a lot in here as well as other places. I wasn’t able to find much that was recent or relevant. my question is this:

From what Ive read most people will register their RZR in another state and then just drive it with an out of state tag, I do not want to do this. I want a FL tag, which must be possible because I see all sorts of crazy things driving around here.

Also from what Ive read once you title a RZR in FL you are dead in the water. My thoughts are that I buy a RZR new and do not title it, just get a bill of sale, Manufactures Certificate of Origin. Next bring this thing home and install all the "street legal" parts that I need (tires, horn, windshield and turn signals). Once this is complete I fill out the following forms:

HSMV 82040 Application for certificate of title
Note * will need to produce the Manufactures certificate of origin with

HSMV 84490 Builders Affidavit (for a vehicle assembled from parts basically outlining the parts I added to make it street legal)

Bill of sale (from when I buy)

Active Insurance

Inspection report
Note* can’t seem to find out much information about this, plus Florida does not require inspections anymore. Is this still needed??

From the best I have been able to find these forms should allow me to retitle the vehicle as a "assembled from parts" vehicle or something similar (kit car). Has anyone else tried this? also if anyone has any thoughts or input I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
