Hey guys and girls, looking at the UTV Inc access panel for my 800…..just wondering for those that have it, or have had it on previous RZR’s, can you actually get to the spark plugs with this panel? None of the pictures ive seen clearly show whether you can or not, and dont want to waste money on it if I still have to remove the bed. Pulling the bed with snorkels is a PITA, and looking for a quicker way to get to the plugs next time i roll it off a bridge into a stream :rofl3:

I just sold off my 800 S that was a great machine. I didn’t have a single issue and am now looking to move into a 4 seater. My priority is reliability. I mainly ride in open areas and trails. Money isn’t too much of a factor, I am willing to pay for quality/performance, but don’t want to waste money either.

So here is where I am stuck and need some convincing from my fellow RZR owners.

1) Buy the 900 4 seater – Been around for a while… seems bugs worked out?? Little smaller foot print.

2) Buy the XP 4 1000 – I am hearing some issus.. Are they that bad? Easy fixes??

3) Buy the new Turbo XP 4 1000 – Little more money, seems better parts?

4) Buy Brand X – and why?

You guys tell me. I will ride dunes maybe once a year if that, so trails and open fields probably 90% of the time.

So I have a viper 4500 winch with synthetic line on my rzr. Yesterday I went to winch out a stuck atv, and didn’t check how much line I had left on the drum. Rope popped out and I lost the BB. Any ideas what size be that is or any other way or reinstalling the cable without it?

For those with radios and/or intercoms: do you do anything special to protect your radios from water? I’m thinking of just wrapping a plastic bag around them when I wash the sxs off.

For those with radios or intercoms, and headsets. When your riding and get out to walk up a trail, or go inside to eat or whatever, basically leave the sxs unattended, is there anything you do with tour headsets? Or just leave them and don’t worry about it?

Ok ive been wanting and looking for this flag for a while, anyone know where i can get a few? Ive tried amazon, ebay etc… Im hoping some of you can help me out i want at least 2. Thank you in advance for any help or dirrection.

Anyone seen one in person yet, or own one.
Saw one today at a dealership. Wasn’t as impressed with it as I thought I’d be. Half doors are flimsy, outer skins flop loose, feels real cheesy/cheap.
The bed cut-out for the snorkels was ragged, not clean and smooth as I would expect. Looks nice though, otherwise. Guess I was envisioning something a little MORE.

What is everyone using for door bags/ knee pads.
I am looking at buying the UTV giant full doors.
I currently have the stock doors with inserts and prp bags/pads
UTV giant says they have nothing that fits them

Thinking about the HLE rzr and really like the color matched frame. Question is how many average joes have tore there rzr down to send the frame out for a cool color? I have been thinking about doing this myself but thinking its a huge and time consuming project. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know if it’s legal in California to carry a passenger in an after-market middle seat of a two-seater RZR? I know people do it, I just wonder if you risk getting a ticket, at a state park like Pismo.
