purchasing ramps for loading my new 570 into my truck. looked at revarc but wanted something I could use with my dirt bikes as well….narrowed it down to these two
3 beam 8′ 2400lbs capacity 17.25" wide for $239 for the set, weight 33lbs each
4 beam 9′ 2700lbs capacity 17.25" wide for $339 for the set: weight 45lbs each
so I guess the question is: Is 8′ and 3beam sufficient for the rzr, or better to play it safer with 4 beam for the extra $100 and get the extra foot of ramp….albeit heavy ramps?
both ramps are 17.25" wide and truck is 2015 ford superduty, so it’s fairly high.
So I see the Team Alba Racing Radius arms. It’s automatic I think Alba Racing is the ones building them, USA made. I was disappointed when they arrived at my door.
If I had known they were from Taiwan I wouldn’t have bought them. I guess I should have asked if they built them. I bought these at a discounted price because the powder coat had a reddish tent in the orange. I did strip them and repowder coated them.
They claim The Alba Racing Hi Clearance arm kit gives you the maximum ground clearance possible (4" extra) and the strongest arms on the market. I would say they are not. I have seen and held the Polaris high clearance radius arms they are heavy (not sure where they are build but they are stout). Also $500.00 compared to the $227.00 I paid Alba. Anyways if you want built in USA look elsewhere. I did buy them direct, I didn’t buy them on Ebay.
When I see the name Team Alba I think you built it.
Alba Racing, If you built them and they are not from Taiwan please let me know so I can retract this.
If I am right you need to state they are made in Taiwan in your ad.
I finished my LED light bars install with the bumper being easy and the roof mount more complicated. My roof is an aluminum Polaris roof that came with my rzr that I had powder coated glossy black locally. Here is a picture of the roof front and you can see how it bevels down on both sides …
I searched our vendors, Amazon, and many other places online. I finally settled on doing business with Al at Allegheny Off-Road in Warren, PA who is a vendor here. Here is their website … https://www.alleghenyoffroad.com/ . The interest in their 30" light bar mount on their website was slowed by what first appears to be a high priced mount for an LED mount. I went back to their site later and watched the video on installation of this mount. The video clearly showed additional brackets just for installing a 30" Totron were included which is the exact LED I had already bought.
Here is a picture of the mount sitting alone on my roof bolted down using the front two bolts my roof was attached to my roll cage …
Here is the LED mount completed and I am happy and have not for one second regretted buying this very well made mount …
I can grab that mount and shake my razor easily rocking it back and forth. It is solid and like I said, a very well made UTV product. I am considering adding two more inner roof bolts but my BIL said "why?" I believe Al engineered this mount and I salute him for making me happy. I ride on brushy and tree lined trails about 30-40% of the time and I feel this mount could save that light at some point in time.

I used to have a full poly windshield on my 800 S and it always seemed to be dirty and somewhat scratched up. So now I’m thinking of building my own frame and glass windshield and I’m undecided between a hand operated or motor operated wiper. I’d prefer the simplicity and easy install of the hand operated (not to mention the difference in price😕). For those that have the hand operated one how do you find it? Is it flimsy? Does it keep good enough pressure on the window?
Is there anything out there, (besides the nylon nascar type webbing) that can be mounted above the existing doors that will protect you from heavy brush and tree limbs. I’m thinking of some type of hinged upper door with perhaps an expanded metal cover. Tired of dodging those spears.

going to be ordering trail armor doors today and trying to decide on the genx doors vs slimline.
my RZR is a 2014 570 and with 4+3 offset wheels I’m at 52.5" wide. I like the idea of the genx for more interior room, but haven’t really seen any good pictures of them. I would love hear from owners of both as to pro’s and cons. I don’t have any gates to fit through, but like to stay somewhat skinny.
do the slimline doors feel too clostrophobic?
do the genx stick out too far?
arm rest qualities of each?
and also does anyone know of a stocking dealer for them?
