Painted Plastics

Would anyone be interested in painted plastics for their rzr? I have paint matched both my old 900 and now my 1k. Im thinking about doing a painted plastics "division" of what i do currently. Right now i manage a couple body shops and have been in the industry my entire life (literally). I have had very good results in painting my rzr to give them a little different look. I ride very aggressively in both the trails and sand and have had ZERO issues. I power wash them, scrub them, rub against trees, drive thru brush and tree limbs, etc. Absolutely no peeling, fading, lifting, etc. Of course if something is hit hard enough it will eventually chip, but will not peel. We use strictly Akzo Nobel products and have their "color camera" as well to match colors.

I would like to eventually do a "core" like companies do with ecu’s. But for now Im thinking you send me your plastics and ill paint them and ship back (ill pay for return shipping). Colors are as broad as your imagination or I can just color match what the factory does (i have not done every single color that polaris has come out with but i have full confidence in my paint system).

Pricing would obviously depend on how many panels, color choices, if you want all of the texturing removed, etc. The following prices are based on a 1k, but can give prices on other models without removing texture. This is just a few parts.
Door panels: $50 each
Hood: $50
Dash: $65 each
"Fenders": $50 each

Just trying to see if their is even any interest at all. The first picture is havasu red and the last two are my rzr which has been painted for exactly one year (the parts that came white were left white, we matched the doors, dash parts and hood).

RZR F/R weight bias

Does anyone know what the front/rear approx. weight bias is for a RZR ?
Mine is a 900 EPS 50" but I think it would be similar for any 2 seat RZR.
I ask this because I am looking for a solution to haul my machine in my truck.
I have seen on here members use a couple of different products which fit into the hitch receiver to effectively extend the bed of the truck and also take the load off the tailgate.
Both of the products I saw on here are no longer available.

I found this.

Truck Covers USA | Truck Covers USA introduces the American Tail-Mate

They claim it will support 1000#
I would use a couple of short ramps to bridge between the device and the truck bed.
I thought I could put some kind of struts from the unit to the ground while loading and unloading.
After the RZR is on it would only have to support rear of the RZR.
