I’ve been looking on the forums for the answer, but have been unsuccessful so far. Will the Polaris canvas upper doors work with my Cooter Brown roof on my 2015 RZR 900 50 inch or does my roof hang down too far on the outer edges to clear the top of the door while opening it? Also, how easy is it to remove for warmer temperatures. I really like the looks and price of the Bluefire doors, but I hate zippers on any off-road vehicles. Thanks for any advice offered.

Hi everyone, Iam looking into buying a used rzr and just need to know if its a good buy or not. It is a 2012 rzr 800 with 3300 miles on it.. It has many extras winch doors top stereo and a performance pipe..He is asking 8200, and it seems to be in good shape..Worth it? is that too many miles? I heard the 800s are way underpowered? true?

10 miles on the new 2016 highlighter rzr and sure enough the gear case is leaking.

I don’t want to take it in for warranty or tear into right now. Any quick tips on how to stop the leak . Will lock tight , silicon or spray sealant work by putting it on external to stop the leak?

3 RZR’s and 8 years of adventure, not a single blown belt, until today. I don’t even know why, I wasn’t 10 minutes off the trailer this morning, had ridden about a mile in low, shifted to high and was cruising around 30-40mph on hard dirt, and shred. There was nothing left inside the housing but string wrapped around the primary. All 11,000 remaining pieces of the belt were all inside the outlet duct piled up against that metal grate.

Called my dealer and they said it was most likely a burn spot in the belt from a previous ride that weakened with every pass around the clutch until it shredded. I imagine my Windrock adventure in Oct could have certainly done that, if you’ve seen my T12 video haha

Also, there is string wrapped around behind the primary that is impossible to get out without pulling it. I have a puller for my last RZR, a ’13 800, will it work on this ’15 900, or do I have to get a new one?

High flow fuel clams to have a replacement fuel pump for my 2013 800rzr. Previously I was told I had to get the whole damn thing because you could not simply change the pump. Does anyone have any input on this. Need a pump soon!

I have a question about the Bad Dawg Roofs. I’ve been looking at their roof and it says it will only fit 2011 to 2014 800 / 900 models. I have a 2009 800 and was just wondering what is the difference and has anyone tried to install one of these on an older machine?

Its the lower hing on my UTV Giant doors. No crash or bang at all, Out of no where the lower hinge pin broke. Not sure how to fix this as it appears hinges are welded on and pin seems to be part of the hinge.

Anyone know what color and brand powder is a match for the new Spectra Orange color?
