Happy. Finally rode again.

As some of you may remember since mid summer i was havin crank seal after crank seal blow out. It started 1 ride after using snorkels. Blew out a seal every ride after that (3). Rode last night with new seal and factory intake/exhaust back on and rode all night long, 0 issues. I noticed with the snorkels my belt was disinigrating. Belt plug would be full of dust and fibers just after 10 minutes. Also felt very sluggish when warmed up. So we chalked it up to the belt getting hot, breaking down, and ruining seal. Also noticed black rubber fused to the clutch sheaves. When i removed the last belt, the chord pulled right out with no effort and the layers were seperating. The kit i bought used 1 1/2 hoses. With a nasty hard 90 to the left right out of the belt exhaust, almost kinked. Guess the hoses are too small and caused excess heat to ruin belt/seal. Sound feasible? I hope my seal issues are over. On a positive note i cleaned up clutches and installed the 23C belt from Hunterworks and it is a night and day difference over the 21C. If i make it through the winter with no more issues. I want to snorkel again for summer. Maybe using 3 inch. Any suggestions?

Which machine to buy, advice needed.

I drive a 2012 rzr 900 do and am looking to replace it. I do a lot of driving on fire roads gravel roads and a lot of muddy trail riding with lots of mud holes. I would like to get the rzr xp 1000, rzr xp 1000 turbo, or the rzr 1000S. I am also considering the new General 1000. The only thing I have heard is that rzr xp 1000 will be fine on the gravel roads but are not really meant to do any serious mudding as the axles are prone to breaking. Any thoughts on which machine to get? Thanks.

no ride time.

Due to working two jobs, havent been out riding in over a month.

Maybe one soon we will be able to go out and ride for a day

have been thinking with the extra money, to add a lift kit or some led lights as we would like to try and do a night ride.
