Hey guys. I have a 2013 rzr 800 with about 1000km on it. Went for a ride yesterday, first time since last September. My temperature ran up to 105 deg and the engine light came on like it was over heating. Fan kicked on but wouldn’t drop the temperature. There is a rad relocate on the machine. Rad is very clean. Once I stopped moving the temperature drops real fast down to 20-50 deg. Then as I sat and idled I noticed the temp was going all over the place 20-90. Felt the hoses and rad itself and all felt fine, nothing too hot. There is lots of anti freeze in the system. I do not believe I have air in the system. I am thinking maybe stuck thermostat or possible temperature sensor. Any suggestions on where to look?

In July I’m planning on buying a RZR again. But should I get the 2011-2014 RZR with under 1,000 miles if I can find one or buy a 2015 RZR 900 trail no eps.

Why is it golf carts are acceptable at so many campgrounds but not rzr’s? Is it the noise, the speed, the drivers or the lack of lobbying?

Newbie here and first post. I’m in the market for a 4 seater. I mostly ride at the dunes. I have 2 options to get and not sure which route to go.

The first one is a brand new 2015 1000 setup with paddles and roof.

I’m worried with the 900 that it might be pron to motor problems where it has the trubo on it or are they pretty reliable?
Any help is a appreciated and I’m excited to pick up my new this week which ever one it might be.

Does anyone have a link to a service manual for a 2013 rxr 900 xp? I have been searching this sight but have not been able to locate one.

anyone have any tips or ideas about keeping the control arms & bumpers looking new ? i have a titanium mat metallic & am getting quite a few rock chips on the front control arms & front bumper(orange)…just wondering if anyone has done anything to theirs along the lines of matching up a special super tough , chip resistant paint & coating to keep the "new" look to the paint ?
