Questions for you gurus out there. I have a blown Exhaust gasket and am planning on replacing it this weekend. Do you remove the 4 Bolts when the engine id cold or should you warm it up before removing. I know that on the reinstall , you tighten and then warm up the engine and tighten a tad more. Just do not want to strip the aluminum on removal. Thanks in Advance for any input you all have…

I am new to this and have a 2014 1000 with the updated 2015 cover. People are telling me to always have an extra belt but I have no clue what tools I will need or how to change said belt when I am in the middle of nowhere. How difficult can it be? Thanks.

Dad has a jagged x and his fan was surging and his dash was LO 10.5 and his coolant temp was at 217 and it was idling kinda high. We let it cool down and fired it up and it idled fine and dash was showing no code. Thanks!

Pertaining to my XP1k, I have it narrowed down to the Polaris Aluminum Door, or the KNINE Door.

Owners of either of these doors, or those of you with experience w/these doors, please add your input, and help me decide which would be the best choice. Please briefly explain your thinking.

BTW, I’ve read piles of threads about doors. I realize the DE Door is very classy and well built, but I would prefer staying with the OEM style latch.

Looking at the PRP Tool Bag and wondering if a replacement belt fits in these bags without having to kink it up? Probably going to get 2 bags and strap them together to hold my tools and spares. Also if any vendors out there sell these PM me a price for 2 shipped to 92688, black with red piping.
