I’ve got a 2014 900xp I’m looking for a way to move the steering wheel closer to the driver, I don’t want to move the seat an cramp my legs. I can reach everything fine. When strapped in I like the steering wheel closer kinda like in a racecar for example. I’ve taken it apart thinking I’d build brackets an move it closer but rather not hack up the steering rods. Any ideas? I kno there are steering wheel hubs an dished wheels but how much can you get oot of that.?

my airbox cover pops out of place every ride, although the clip on the bottom keeps it in the vehicle I would like to fix the issue.

I’m wanting something similar to a t-nut that is the thickness of the RzR plastics above where the airbox cover pops into place.

My plan is to drill a hole for the insert, then drill a smaller hole into the airbox cover while in place, then screw a thumbscrew into the insert on the top plastic that will be long enough to prevent the cover from popping out of place.

Alternatively maybe one of those metal clip things that polaris uses would work?

Wonder if this has ever happened to anybody and if so did sti doing anything to help you out? I can see the outer failing from a rock but the inner seems like a defect to me. Should I contact sti or rockymlumtainatv

Hey everyone,

Trying to help a buddy of mine out. His toy hauler & his XP1000 RZR was stolen yesterday evening from his house. To make things even worse this man was at the heart hospital tending to his mother who is in pretty bad health when it happened. It makes me sick. If anyone sees either please call or text me at 512-739-4649 or call the Bastrop County Sheriff’s department in Bastrop Texas. Obviously the bike is blue. Damn near everything on it is powder coated ford blue. I have plenty of pics of the RZR but this is the only one I have of the hauler.
