Alright! Finally got to try it out! I live in near Lake Michigan in SE Wisconsin and we received some beautiful, but wet and slippery snow today! The plow wasn’t in for the snow we received in late November, so this was Blue’s trial run and overall she did great! In preparation I added auxiliary lights, and a dash mounted winch control. I don’t like my fuse setup right now (individual weatherproof inlines under the hood with relays under the dash; I want one like the factory, so relays and fuses are interchangeable) but it’ll do for now.
I have the 60" Polaris poly plow, I did catch a curb a couple times, but no noticeable damage. As heavy as the RZR is, with this type of snow, some additional weight on the passenger floor board and cargo box would’ve helped, I think. I of course selected Low, and had it in all wheel mode, but she still went where the pile in front of the blade wanted it to…
Also, I will be looking for some rubber to use as wings and as a blade, so I don’t scratch up my blacktop and did up the yard as bad if I don’t get the blade up soon enough. This was really only a problem when the blade was angled, and/ or uneven ground.
I also decided I really want a windshield. Upper doors and a rear screen will probably help, but windshield is a must. Soaked 2 pairs of my favorite snowmobile gloes completely through, never done that before.
All in all, really fun utilizing her to help around the house!
Anyone have a part number for the two firewall grommets in 1000’s and turbos? (May be in others too, I’m not sure). I can’t find them on the microfiche. Thanks!
I’m looking to extended my shaft as I pushed my engine back 10" . I don’t see any weights on the stock shaft does anyone know if these driveshaft need to be balanced ? I would assume but I could be wrong. thanks in advance.:redrzr:

I am considering buying a full body skid for my 4 seater because it is so long and i always seem to scrub. Does anyone have any suggestions on the good and the bad plastic or aluminum ? Any help would be great….Thanks
I’ve read several of the discussions on the blue sea fuse box and haven’t found an answer to my exact question. I have a 2015 xp4 1000 and I am trying to make my new fuse box only turn on when the key is turned on in the ignition.
I have installed a blue sea fuse box under the dash. I have the positive cable on the Polaris wiring harness running from the battery to a PAC-80 isolator, then from the isolator to the positive terminal on my new fuse block. The negative cable on the Polaris wire harness is going directly from the battery to the ground bus on my new fuse box. Then I have a ground coming off the small terminal on my isolator to a ground on my new fuse block. The only wire I appear to be missing is the "keyed hot" from the isolator to the fuse block or the isolator to something different? I believe the wire is the orange one but any detailed information on how to wire this up would be great. Just want to make sure I’m doing this right.
Hey guys looking to get a set of Beard 2" harnesses with the Auto latch to NC 27284 by Thursday. Anyone have them in stock that could ship out today with 2 day air? Feel free to call or pm me.

It’s looking like my buddies are cancelling this coming weekend but my family and I still wanna ride. Looking for a group to camp and ride with. We are not big partiers just some wine or beer around the fire. We have quads and a RZR and pull a 35′ motorhome and a 22′ enclosed trailer so we are a bit lengthy. Not sure if coming out thurs but for sure Friday by noon till Sunday.
Did some good crawling this weekend and felt my rear sagging. Got out, sure enough bent my rim enough to let air out. Managed to get it back in to shape enough to hold air to get back to camp.
Typically, after these rims bend at all are they toast? Reasonable cost to fix? I see a replacement OEM I can get for $125.
If I do need to invest, is this the time to get bead locks?
I have been on bikes and quads for 35 years and just now looking into buying my first Razor. I’m looking to stay around 55" or less in width so what models should I be looking at?
I know the 800 and 900 trails are all 50", but what other models are close to 55′?
any advice is appreciated on year, size, models, etc…..
thanks,
Steve
