800 Clutching

Well it was time to replace another grenaded clutch belt, change clutch weights, and in the process of cleaning the sheaves I noticed some grooves and tiny dent(s) to the secondaries sheave face. I’m afraid I know what has to be done, but an hoping it isn’t HORRIBLE and I can get another season out of a belt before I have to decide on buying a whole new clutch vs a whole new ride. I hope the attached pictures will explain what Im seeing better than my words.

Differences in a 570, 800, 900, 1000 etc

I’m shopping for a Razor. I’m finding I need to know more about them and hoping this is the place to learn what all the initials stand for that are listed with some Rzr’s.

I’m guessing the sizes are more than just a horsepower difference. I’d like to know the types of trannys w/ advantages of each, payload and speed for each model etc etc.
If this info is already posted please point me there. TIA
