P1 Manufacturing is a product development group in Arizona. We are brand new to the SXS world but we wanted a RotoPax mount that is a little different than what is currently available. This rack will be available for purchase in a couple of weeks.
Some of the highlights are:
You can access the air box without removing the rack.
The mount and RotoPax are isolated from the RZR with rubber isolators.
Uses only the front 4 factory mounting locations.
You can run from 1 to 4 Rotopax cans and/or storage boxes and tailor the set-up for your needs.

I figured they were a bit more expensive but turns out they’re 119.00 a piece!! :scared2:
I figured for that price, I could buy a ton of stock ball joints but more importantly, if they’re as good as I’m hoping they’re going to be, the time saved in replacing them will be worth it.
Here’s a link if anyone is interested… seems like it’ll be worth it.
Is it necessary to keep the spark arrester in? I get a loud rattling noise back by the muffler at 4800 RPM. Is that normal? Maybe its the spark arrester…..i dont know

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
“Black Rhino Performance Announces New Website Launch”
June 9, 2015, El Cajon, CA — UTV parts and accessories pioneer Black Rhino Performance officially launches their brand new website to the public today. Check it out at www.blackrhinoperformance.com.
“We felt the need to really investigate how we were continuing to sell products online”, said Kenny Osborn, President of Black Rhino, Inc. “Obviously the competitive landscape has changed drastically over the past 3-4 years. When we started, we were the only company in the nation offering aftermarket products for side by sides. Now there are so many competitors out there, we had to change the way we offered products to not only our expansive client base, but to new customers that are shopping for products maybe for the first time.”
The UTV Parts business has grown to a multi-billion dollar industry now and Black Rhino will continue to serve its loyal customers by offering products at competitive prices, while providing a high level of customer service and industry knowledge. “We live and breathe this stuff on a daily basis; we continue to develop and provide the latest new products for our customers. While new shops are popping up all the time, we hope that our history and reputation as an industry leader will only grow heading into the future”, says Osborn.
About Black Rhino Performance
Founded in 2004, Black Rhino Performance quickly became the leader in aftermarket parts and accessories for Yamaha Rhino side by sides. Acquired by Kenny Osborn in May 2011, the company has since expanded their offerings to include a line of products for Polaris, Arctic Cat, Kawasaki and Can Am to go along with their ongoing loyal customer base of Yamaha Rhino customers. Black Rhino Inc. also owns Racer X Communications, the leader in radio and intercom communications products for the racing industry and off road enthusiasts worldwide.
Last sat I was attempting to do a doughnut when the rzr caught traction and nearly flipped. Nothing is bent that I can tell by just looking, but the right front wheel is pointed out. It’s pulling to the right. It did not flip just raised up a little and came back down? Is it possible I just knocked the wheels out of line? The tie rod hasn’t moved because it was marked from the factory, marks are still in line with nut. Any thoughts?
Has anyone removed a windshield, fit a sch. 80 plastic pipe from post to post and then attached a set of rifle yokes or gun rack to the post to post pipe and finally padded between the yokes for a shooting rest? If you can picture my idea, it just might work well for hunting:question:
