2 pretty cool products to share

Not sure if these have been shared before but thought I would bring them up. Bought a used 2010 RZRs 800 a few months back and have been busy taking it apart and putting it back together the way I like it with the upgrades I need and prefer. In doing so I found these 2 really neat items. One is a voltage meter that plugs into the cig lighter on the rzr and gives you a voltage reading while also providing a 2.1A charging USB port. Very cool way to add a voltage meter for $10. It is made by DROK and can be found here.

The other is the Duck Brand Wrap-Fix tape. This is a non glue tape that sticks to itself. It can be used as a temp fix for leaking lines or for wrapping cables or wires. I also use it as a pre-wrap on my cage before attaching light or windshield mounts to help protect the cage. Very cool stuff.

Just thought I would share. New to the Forum so wanted to contribute.

Premium Filtration Here!!! (XP900)

Premium Filtration Here!! (XP900)

We have been working with R2C for some time to bring their filter technology to the XP900. Flat panel filters are more of a challenge in the off road arena and we addressed the critical areas of concern.

First was filtration… The unique synthetic material used in the R2C is like no other, it is a dry element that is serviceable, and does not need special cleaners or oils. It is highly efficient at 99.97% versus similar stock paper elements which are in the realm of 98%.
Servicing is simple and straight forward, for most standard service the filter can be blown out from the clean side with compressed air, or vacuumed off from the dirty side. In sever cases it can be soaked in a soapy solution, then rinsed with clear/clean water.

Second was fitment……. We spent countless hours reviewing and pin pointing some of the issues with the stock intake system, and many we have addressed. Unfortunately there wasn’t many options for quality filtration beyond the stock element. It to had it’s limitations, being paper it is subject to damage and does not do well when subject to heavy dust loads or water intrusion. And of course once it’s dirty and clogged it’s not serviceable, you throw it away and buy a new one. The other issue with the stock element is the filter lip or seal, dimensionally it was not quite thick enough to create adequate compression leading to leaks past the seal in certain situations. This has been addressed with the R2C creating a positive seal of the air box greatly reducing the risk of failure.

So if your looking for a filter that exceeds stock specs, is serviceable, highly durable and needs no special cleaners or oils, the R2C should be one you should consider.

Have them in stock…… Ready to ship.

VIPER MAX vs. VIPER ELITE winch differences

Hey Gang,
One of the most common questions we get relates to the differences between our VIPER MAX and VIPER ELITE series of winches, and which one is right for you.

Our lead tech, Caleb, created a new video describing some of the main differences for help.

Out of our thousands of MAX and ELITE winches sold each year, I would say it’s about 60% MAX and 40% ELITE.

Hope this helps. And, again, thanks for the great support of our VIPER winches!
