I hate these damn things!
What works better — load the pistons into the cylinder, then try to install the clips while the cylinder is flopping around? Or mount the pistons on the conrods, then wiggle the cylinder down over both pistons at the same time?
’08 std. 800, motor in place. Yes I’ve seen the D-Ray videos. .. he makes it look too easy.
I have a 2014 Rzr 800 50" with extended warranty, I busted my belt and when it snapped it wrapped around the shaft puncturing the oil seal. I brought it to the dealer and they said should be covered under warranty. the next day I recieved a call from warranty and they told me it would not be covered because it was caused by the belt. 10 hours labour and $300 worth of parts. Has anyone had any trouble like this before?
I have a 2010 Walker Evans 800 with only 89 hours and 539 miles on it. 2" lift, new tires and wheels, roof, doors and lights. I bought it new with my dads help and used it around the race track to push cars acationaly but mostly just to ride around. I have taken it to the trails only a hand full of times so it hasn’t seen much hard use. last time used was in February I think.
So I’m thinking about selling it if I can get past the emotional attachment with my dad. I’m thinking its worth about 10k. Am I close or high or low. Thanks for your input.

A while ago I ordered some dual rate springs for my 800s from Racer Tech. After much delay they sent me a tracking number for FedEx last Friday , only FedEx says so far only the shipping label has been created , while Racer Tech assures me they were sent on there way. Is anyone else out there experiencing the same problem?
I want to introduce our Bazooka gear bag for the back bed of your RZR. It fits the all the 800’s, 800XC, and 800S models as well as the XP900’s, and new 900, 900XC and 900S. They also fit the 570’s as well.

I have some ideas on a small 3-5" mirror up in the corner nrar the roof. I wonder who has broached this already? Any one have some pics of your ideas on side mirrors?
I simply don’t like the ones I see…they strike me as dumbo ears.
