I don’t want to spend too much. I’m looking at Highlifter and SuperATV replacement springs. How much stiffer is the ride? I don’t want too harsh of a ride. I ride mostly logging roads with occasional uneven trails with medium off camber areas. That’s why I removed front sway? Suggestions please.

Disconnected front sway bar, need some springs

Best bit and what size hole for AEM 30-4110 Gauge
I just ordered up the AEM Air/Fuel gauge and am going to mount it above the steering wheel in the flat spot. I know the gauge says its 2 1/16" What size bit and what is the best type bit to use for drilling the plastic and putting the gauge in? Thanks

Is this something to worry about??
Hey guys got a quick question. I have a HL 1000. I’ve went through 2 polaris junk voltage regulators the first 500 miles. I currently have a Rick’s VR on now. It’s been running about 100 miles. So I was on the trail a few days ago and it always runs at 14-14.5 volts. I shut it off to eat lunch. When I restarted…the voltage stayed between 12-13.0 max. There was no hesitation with starting. The machine ran fine and got me 20 miles home. Once home I turned on my light bars, probox top radio, tribal whips, and the voltage remained 12-13. I rechecked it again today. The battery reads 12.5 volts when turning it on. When starting the engine it dips to 10 or so for a split second and then returns to 12-13. The lights don’t flicker, the volts stay the same regardless of RPM.
So I’m wondering if this is something to worry about? I’m not sure why it used to stay 14-14.5 and now stays 12-13 but runs completely normal. Understandably now that I’m already on my 3rd VR in 600 miles I’m paranoid lol. Also I’m a complete idiot when it comes to electrical stuff!

XP Front Fender Flares
I have a 2009 50" 800 that has been converted to an "S". Needing a little more coverage up front. From reading some of the threads on here it seems I can use XP front fender flares. My question is what years are compatible with my 09? Also does anyone have pics of a 50" with the XP flares installed?
