We all know that rzr’s are uneque in that you can really customize these toys to fit your personality. So my question is , if you could only make 1 upgrade to your rzr what would it be?

So here is mine. Where are the mileage and hours stored? Are they in the ECU or speedo cluster?

We were riding our RZR and stopped. Wife said "what is that smell?" Turned out we were on fire. Flames were on the exhaust pipe. Here are pictures of cause and cure.

I hear some say it’s normal for engine temps to cycle up and down ie; 204- fan kicks on and kicks off at 192.
My speeds vary from slow ( under 10mph) to medium speeds (above 10mph) both high and low gear.
I don’t recall my 570 doing this. Is this common with all the RZR’s from the 570’s to the 1K’s?
There are no obstructions, no mud or silt, coolant levels are normal.

I’d like to hear your experiences with this.

I have previously inquired about this but, now I have growing concerns…Are these radiators big enough for the 900’s? Are they the same as the 570’s and 800’s?

I have a 20" LED Light Bar (12v, 126w, 10.5a operational power/demand) I have a relay but with it only pulling 10.5 amps do I really need to install the relay. I am most likely going to install it either way just for "piece of mind" but if I can get it back in the trails quicker than doing all the relay stuff I could always go back and install the relay at a later date. (All power will come from a power bar in my homemade roof which will have my head unit, light bar, dome light & a few other goodies that I can’t seem to make up my mind on. All wiring will be at least 10awg.
