I have 09 800s just recently got and having trouble idling put new plugs and wires and it was idling good till I gothink to the orv park then we not to crap. Wouldn’t idle, had to hold gas down to start it up. There is also a hose on top of cylinder head on passenger side I’m guessing it’s a vent tube but it was misting out gas while it was running. Had an engine cold 27 pop on which is tps sensor and I reset it by unhooked battery. Didn’t come back on but sometimes it would idle and sometimes it would. Sometimes it would idle about 800. Give it gas it will take off. Full throttle it falls on its face. Said it had new fuel pump put in not too long ago.

First, sorry if I missed a similar thread on this. I searched, but did not see one.

I just purchased a 16 XP 1000 and am starting to prep for some add ons. I noticed where Polaris stiffs us and does not hook up the distribution block.

My question is: Would it do harm to wire in the distribution block, then grab the winch power from that? Or should I run 2 sets of wires – 1 to power the distribution block for accessories such as LEDs and then another just for the winch.

I am decent with electrical, but far from the expert. Any advice, thoughts, or suggestions on how you did yours would be great.

Just bought a 2015 900 XC. 1 question. If I want more clearance and turn down the adjusting ring on the springs, say 1/4", am I getting 1/4" more clearance, or more or less? Is there a general rule of thumb for adjustment? Thanks
