I took the whole bottom apart I my 800 motor, due to a bad crank bearing. I have the parts on the way. Problem is I didn’t mark the crank and cam gears. Is there a simple solution to getting this right. Don’t want to mess it up!
I live close to so many dealers of SxS, and yesterday went by a local dealer that sales Kymco and Massimo. They have a trail model similar to the rzr, Massimo Militia 1000S, not the cheap ones sold at TSC. The dealer has always been an upfront and honest guy, and he likes these better than Polaris and other brands. He has been a dealer for 4 yrs now, but been in the atv/utv business and motorcross pro racer as well as builder for his entire life. I trust him more than the big dealers. Has anyone ridden them or rode with them on trails to know how they are? The dealer said that v-twin will pull much better than the regular twin cylinder motors. So now I am looking at these along with the rzr. Yes, i know not as many accessories, but it comes stock dressed up and street legal. So any other pros and cons please…..thank you.
I ordered a rear rack from RyFab for my 800. Sent an email out a few days later and asked for status. Next day response was that its in powder coating and would ship the next day. Three days later…… its sitting on my porch. Excellent product, excellent communication, product is great.
Good job RyFab
I attempted to order a similar product from another vendor before RyFab and got over a month of crappy communication, false shipping dates and in the end, a cancelled order because they said its still not in stock.
Thank you RyFab, this is exactly how it should work.

Was putting the center console back in after adding in car communications jacks. Had them running along the factory wiring. As I was putting the console back in I hear a pop and then smoke from under the console. I searched for 1-2 hours tracing wires and couldn’t see anything that was wrong. The wire that melted was a ground wire that’s pictured. This is an almost new machine with 100 miles but out of warrenty. 2014. Ideas?
