I recently buried my 570 in mud. While utilizing the 5,000 pound winch that is mounted to the mad dawg bumper, I ended up bending the cross member beam that goes between the existing framework. Please take a look at the photos.
My question is? Do I bent it back at some machine shop or will this make the metal more brittle? Leave it as is? Or replace the cross member beam, if even possible without having to buy a whole new front bumber kit. Nothing is broke, just bent.
I have been trying to decide, is the extended warranty really worth it? Or is it needed? I do most all of my own work, I do not beat the crap out of my toys or make them do things they should not. I do not perform the "Hey, watch this" maneuvers.
I also think the current engine and drive train appears to be "rather" good and reliable.
I am soooo on the fence on this issue…. Thus and so, is it really worth it?
This truck and razor were stolen last night from mesquite nevada, just norht of vegas and south of st.george utah. Right out of the driveway and garage… this has been happening a fair amount around here lately. please keep your eyes open. i have the vin # of the razor if it helps.
I know this is an RZR forum but I also know that more people here have the knowledge to help. My brother in law has an 2013 ranger 500. It will start and idle at about 3500 RPM for a few minutes then die. If you start it in gear and keep rpms up it will stay running. As soon as you come to a stop it dies. You can start again in gear and take off.
Any Ideas what to look for?
