So, I got my RZR about a week ago 🙂 and put 30 hrs on it, I love the machine, yesterday while riding it around for a while it began to over charge to 17 volts, from what I’ve read it seems to be the voltage regulator.:rm_thumbdown: Called up the dealer and they picked it up for repairs, all i want to know is if this is common with other RZRs.:question: Also, I am new to the RZR, so if any of you guys have and tips or things to look out for please share them with me,:popcorn: I would appreciate it. Its late and I cannot sleep.
Purchased a xp1000 used but demo used so still has 6 mos warranty
I also decided to pay additional a month to have extended warranty
I picked up my xp1 and took it out and an hour later seen it was leaking
Took it back into dealership for fix
Turns out they know it is covered
and after 1 week sitting there says warranty claim got denied
Come pick up xp1 and here is a case of diff oil to keep topping off
will take couple more days for us to re-submit claim another way
vehicle was title under another dealership before so figuring out how to get them to warranty the xp1 ?! something like that

Ok so im rebuilding my xp900, have stock pistons stock bore cylinder. Went to buy polaris rings and they are 71.00 a piece, so for two sets of pistons rings that is 142.00 which is just insane…Can I just buy 93mm pistons rings from say wiesco,je, cp etc to save on cost and be ok? who can I buy piston rings to fit stock pistons for the normal amount of 30.00 per cyclinder, not 70? thanks

My 2010 RZR4 800 seems to get high centered more than I would like. I am going back and forth between high clearance a arm and trailing arm and/or a 2 inch lift. Just need some input.
I just got finished up with my rear end and I no longer have any use for the socket I made for the nut. It’s made up of 2 sockets one is 1 3/4 inch with the back cut off and a 2 inch socket welded on to it with a 1/2 inch drive both are very high quality impact rated sockets. The part I cut threw on the 1 3/4 inch socket was 1/2 inch thick I have not yet re painted it but I am more than willing 2 before it’s sold. Both sockets cost $20 each and I have about an hr into fab time if it’s something you would be interested in make me an offer. If you are a trusted member of this site I would also consider loaning it out if shipping is covered both ways and you don’t have it for more than a few days. I just figured it’s just sitting around and it took me alot to get it figured out so someone I’m sure could use it.
