Does anybody have a copy of the Parts manual? I find it very useful in seeing how it is all put together and such. Thus and so, how to fix and repair things better.
I find using the parts manual along with the service manual works great.

One of my two spare tire carrier units started to crack. I have added pictures below to show the issue. It is the thick plastic circle that holds the tire in place. It is to the point where it can not be used anymore. I also noticed that my 2nd holder is showing signs of cracking also.
This is the OEM part number Part 2880148
I contacted two dealers but Polaris does not offer a replacement part. The only way to get it is to purchase a full system at $280 a unit. Waiting to hear back if Polaris will cover them under warranty since they are less then 6 months old. Here are some pictures of both spare tire holders.
Is there anyone else that has had this issue? Any suggestions on any other types of circles I can use to hold the tire down?

so I always tend to want to use conduit on small projects. It’s lighter, cheaper, easy to bend and plenty strong enough. But after finding out about toxic fume poisoning, I had stopped using it. I just found this video from Allied tube and conduit. You can find it at Home Depot because I searched the Allied name. I don’t know about Lowes. But it is 99.9% zinc and safe to weld. Perfect for rzr projects like cargo racks. Check it out. Please comment with opinions.

Just installed all new bushings including shocks from Garage Products. My machine rides like new now. No squeaks and very tight. John is a great guy and has a really good product. If you need new bushings you should check him out.
