Been trying to figure this out for a while . My 2009 800s is crooked , higher on the passenger side. I bought it used and its been like this, I have installed new RacerTecH dual rate springs, just put on new Mongrel tires found the sway torsion bar twisted so I removed that. The tires look like the camber inwards. Also when I jack it up , the front tires , which look OK , the passenger side lifts off the ground quite a bit before the drivers side.
Anyone have a 2013/2012 rzr 800 front sway bar they want to part with?

So, I am hoping Polaris is not going to hose us 4-seat guys on this next machine by simply taking the 2-seat little brother and stretch it and call it good again!!! The 4 seat on average can have 700 more lbs in it and it needs its own engineering on critical components to include the following:
Radiator size
Fan size / maybe even 2-speed
ECM program / temp set point / algorithm etc…
Water pump capacity / volume for extra length lines / system volume
Brakes / better stopping power for the added weight
Clutching / helix / spring / weight should be tailored to the 4 seat needs specifically

My kid wants to ride shotgun (I have a XP 1000 2-seater) but can’t reach the grab handle unless he leans forward. Kinda defeats the purpose of the harness I’m installing if his back is not against the seat. Has anyone built or seen an extension for the passenger grab handle so it can be reached with shorter arms? Maybe other Polaris vehicles have longer grab handles that I can swap out?
