I have a stock 2014 Walker Evans RZR 800 and I’m wanting to get a full foot worth of ground clearance and widen it’s stance a bit. Any all-in-one kit out there in the UTV parts jungle that will accomplish this? All suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Loading some 360 videos from today’s ride .:)

I was changing out my clutches today and found my secondary clutch bolt finger loose. So beware out there… if you are in the clutch housing, you might just check your bolts.

I have about 500 miles on my rig only.

Now, because the belt would probably keep things in some general level of alignment, it might not be of great concern… but then again… you never know.

This and other things I have found do not give me a great deal of confidence with Polaris and their quality control… thus, check everything!

I searched the forums and didnt really see anything pertaining to this.. But I was wondering if any of you have had your rear windshields tinted or your half from windshields. I realize you can buy ones with tint already on them from super atv but I like the lock and ride from Polaris better than the ones with a nut and bolt to tighten. I was just curious if any of you have put any tint on your lock and ride windshields? I’m not even for sure if it will stay on the poly..?

What are people use as a tow point on the front end of their rzr’s?

Just bought a new S 1000 and have been merrily modding it. The spending frenzy has seriously drained my bank account (and my wife’s patience).

I have a brand new HF Badlands 2,000 lb winch that I never used on another project. I bought a KFI mounting plate to make sure it has a solid mount.

I’m riding mostly in the California desert, so it will not be used that often. I know it’s not the same quality as a Viper of Warn, but can I safely get by with it for the short term?

Bone stock and I’ll add a few things but this unit will just hang out at Discovery Bay cruising around the streets and the golf course:-)

I wanted LED’s for sometime and just recently received a 6" Totron and a 30" Totron from Matt1524 at Light it Up Offroad in Ft Smith, AR . The 6" is for my front bumper and the 30" for the roof. I have the 6" completed and am waiting for the roof mount I ordered from Allegheny OffRoad.

Matt was a big help in getting what I needed and helped by answering many PM’s when new questions popped into my nonelectrical mind. This is a simple add on for a lot of you but I have never been electrically inclined perhaps because I just seem to avoid those kind of jobs.

I wanted new switches so I ordered 2 nice 2 color switches and a switch plate from Sam at DunerTunes.com … another vendor here. Sam has plenty of options on his switches so I went with orange bottom light and green top light switches.

Because I had read many of his posts on wiring, I sent a PM to Clothier (Brian) asking a question and boy did I ever ask the right guy. After countless PM’s and text messages, Brian steered me completely through the process as I wanted the bottom light on with the ignition key and the top light on when I threw the switch on. Everything is good and I’ll only have to hook up the 30" light when I get it mounted on the roof.
