questions about harnesses and gas can locations

I just bought a 15′ XC and I would like to over night with it, I am thinking about bending a couple bars that go from the top roll bar, out a couple feet and down and around back to the harness anchors so I can mount a couple gas cans on the drivers side and a spare tire on the passenger side.

Now seeings how I had my XC on it’s side in less then a couple hours of driving it I am worried about having the gas cans mounted on the side…. even though I have seen a billion pics with the can in the exact same location I am still worried about it. just makes since… what if you do roll? Them squished gas cans are going to cover you in gas no? Would it not make more since to keep the cans tied down in the "trunk"?

Also I was going to get a couple Polaris 6 point harnesses but I was just informed that they are $400 each…. (I am starting to think the same guy who owns Apple owns Polaris) This price is completely FOBARed and I refuse to be a sheep and bend over so what other retractable harnesses does everybody use?

RZR “Park” In North Eastern Ohio

Wanting to hear some forum members thoughts on opening a place to ride/race side by sides in North Eastern Ohio. We were going to start small and put a track in that would include some rock crawling, hill climbs, mud, and jumps. Basically just doing three timed laps and top three fastest times get a cash prize. We currently have 20 some acres to work with this coming spring but if there is a lot of interest in the first spring/summer we have the opportunity to build on 80 plus acres the following spring.

Needs opinion on xp900 vs Rzr 1000

So I have a 2012 Rzr xp900 runs great has Polaris stage 2 kit on it, pc5 with auto tune and lcd display. Custom built cage stereo. Port polish head and exhaust. So went to the dunes this past weekend and a buddy of mine has a 1000. He couldn’t out run me ever but if we raced we were pretty much there. But jumping he could always out jump me and I was foot to the floor. So here is my question. If I upgrade the suspension to different shocks and add a stm bill it clutch kit would that help on keeping speed at the dunes and help me jump just as far? Or should I sell and go to a 1000? Just heard the 1000s are bad in trails and I trail ride a lot more. Thanks in advance

RZR 570 or 900

Going from a X2 550 to RZR would like in put on 570 or 900. I live in Tennessee a few hills and river bottoms just me and the wife. We are 55 no pushing the edge of envelope anymore. Should we get EPS and engine braking?
