RZR HLE or XMR

I have searched for any topic on these two mud machines, and havent found any on the forums comparing the two. Or I missed the thread whiling scanning. What are your thoughts on which one to buy, the RZR HLE or the Can Am XMR? The HLE comes with more add-ons, but what would be true opinions on these two machines? I was leaning XMR for a while now, but am turning more for the HLE and can buy it cheaper from my local dealer, Abernathy’s. Help me clear up any question on which one to pull the trigger on…..pros and cons on either model? Thanks

Trailing arm opinions

Hi all. I have a 2013 XP900 Jaggex X edition. I was out riding this past weekend, and while negotiating a tight section of trail (going very slowly 5-10mph in L), I apparently came in ckntact with a stump. Thought all was fine until I got home, and you can see the rear passenger tire is slightly towing outward. I can see no bend in the trailing arm, but can see with a straight edge it is bent ever so slightly. Was already told Polaris will not warranty this. So now its time for a new trailing arm, and I figure might as well do an upgrade. Which aftermarket trailing arms have you used? And how have they been working out?

Looking for the video link to the Rzr Turbo and Mav turbo and yzx1000 racing up the sand hill and racing in the sand in flat ground. The one on flat ground shows the Yamaha getting pulled on very hard.

Federally Owned Lands Riding

Not sure how many of you ride on Federally Owned Lands (forest, desert, ect) but they are in imminent danger of being shut down. If nothing changes, on Oct 1 all such properties will most likely close to the public. Congress let this same thing happen 2 short years ago Oct 1, 2013 with the last government shutdown.

Not trying to be political, just something to be aware of. We found out about this due to an upcoming event. A Local Fire Company that derives a lot of funding from their twice a year offroad ride may get shut down again as they did 2 years ago. We also have a trip planned for riding in 2 weeks to see some of the nicest scenery of the year with the leaves changing colors. Might get cancelled due to the idiots in Washington not doing their job.

The Allegheny National Forest has informed us that all activity on the forest lands may be shut down again due to the Federal Budget Impasse. Unfortunately this will included the Tour-de-Forest ATV ride. In the event the budget is passed before Friday we will have the Tour-de-Forest event. We will be contacted by the Forest Service on Thursday with the outcome. Please monitor Marienville Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. and our Facebook page for any changes and hope that the budget is signed. Again the ride is in danger of being cancelled by the impasse in Washington.
