I placed an order with sxsperformance for some wheels on Sept 22 for some Walker Evans wheels. Long story short, I still don’t have the wheels, not a fault of sxsperformance but waiting for a programmer at Walker Evans. I have been talking with Chris at Walker Evans and he is a complete asshole. Why they have this guy talking with customers on the phone, I don’t know. I asked to speak with someone else or a his supervisor and he said there was no one else I could talk to about the wheels and that I could cancel the order. WTF? Is this how Walker Evans treats customers? Not happy with this experience at all from Walker Evans Racing. Seriously thinking about canceling the order and going with OMF.

I am considering buying a roof radio console. I found one on eBay made by rock’in radios that is factory wired and even comes with the rear speaker pod for 249. I am considering purchasing this empty console and filing it with components I choose like a Sony receiver that has a tune tray. I was wondering if anyone else has a stereo console by rock’in radios. Got my tires on and clutch kit installed, temps are dropping, now time to learn where to ride in the Arizona desert. Newly transplanted to Casa Grande for New Mexico so my first trip I think will be Four Peaks. I work every Sunday and every other Saturday so will be doing most riding with the better half and the dogs.

Is there a crush washer on the engine oil drain plug of a 2015 XP 1000? The drain plug has a taper on the inside that seems to match the drain plug hole. I just did my first oil change, and I’m not sure if I lost the crush washer in the drained oil, or there wasn’t a crush washer.

Anybody have first hand comparison of each. I have a set of the SE’s. Need another set for my 2nd xp 1000

I’ve never used an aftermarket clutch. I have modified the stock clutch, clocking the secondary, changing rollers, and on my Wildcat changing the clutch spacer.
My question is can I modify the stock clutch on my xp1k 4 for lower engagement rpm? I have to drive one footed and I need a good creep speed for loading and crawling.
If I have to use a clutch kit which one would work best for my application?

Yippeeee I went over to UTV Inc this afternoon and ordered a pair of PRP GT XC seats , tried one out an its great. That pretty much completes my list of things I have to have. Now its down to cool things I would like but I can wait a bit. And I do have a complete set of A Arm bushings from Super Daves. Sure do love driving and working on these things.
