so we have been tossing around the idea of picking up a sxs for our camp. it will be used haul firewood, and deer, pull around our 5×7 trailer, and to cruise around on trails for fun. its not necessary that it has a ton of power, just not underpowered. stock tires, although whenever my 26" bighorns on my grizz get worn(aka never), they may end up on the rhino.
i see that basically i have 3 options. 450, 660, and 700. i think the 450 is too underpowered, but wouldnt pass one up for a good price. so between the 660 and the 700, are there any big reasons for one vs the other?
i have my old sheave from my 700. i heard that swapping those into rhinos make for some better power..

Is is a good ATV magazine or just a bunch of ads with no substance? If that one isn’t any good are there any good utility ATV magazines out there worth spending money on?

My 04 Grizzly burned out a headlight so I thought this is a good time to replace both with high output lamps. My Yamaha dealer had some China bulbs at $18.00 each so I picked up two. On installation I found one was right but the other had the high and low reversed. After careful inspection to make sure I hadn’t installed it upside down, I returned it, got another but found that one also reversed. I didn’t want the dealer to think I was nuts so I hooked up a 6 volt battery with enough amps to just light the elements and went back with the bad bulb and the original Yamaha bulb for a show and tell.
Not only were the bulbs I bought reversed but all of his new stock were also reversed! I have no idea how many he sold before I pointed this out but there has got to be thousands of these Chinese bulbs out there at stores.
I went home with Yamaha bulbs, they are much better quality and worked just prefect.
I have a 2014 Grizzly 450 4×4 (no eps). I can start it, no problem in N but can’t start in P. The engine doesn’t even turn over (nothing happens when it’s in P and I press the start). I swear it used to start in P, but now I’m not even sure. Any ideas? Is this how its supposed to work…if not, any ideas on the problem?
