Hey, I recently bought a buyers salt/fertilizer spreader for my 2004 660. I don’t have enough posts to attach a picture but, it is the 15 gallon spreader that buyers makes.
My question/concern is that when I mounted the spreader on the back it started to bend the rack, and there wasn’t any material in the spreader, just the weight of the spreader was bending it. If I didn’t carry salt bags on my rear racks I would just put some ratchet straps on it. Does anyone have a suggestion or fix for this issue?

The Meh news-
I am now the owner of a Popo rzr 900s. This is for the wife and kids. Our kids are getting bigger and want to be able to offroad with us. My girl is now 4 and not quite ready for a machine. My boy is 7 and rides but doesn’t yet have the endurance for all day riding.
The good news-
The rzr solves the above problems along with the major issue of not having to find a spot for our kids when we go on a trip. And the best news of all: more time on the Griz for me!!
And yes, I got the 4 year warranty along with the rzr. There’s mixed emotions on this over on the rzr forum but I have friends who have had this pay off BIG time. That, and I took what Dr. Mud said about the warranty to heart. Thanks Doc.
Can anyone tell me if they think it would be a bad idea to mount a winch to the rack? main reason is because i will only be using the winch for plowing snow, and i want to be able to easily remove the winch for just riding. I dont want the extra weight of the winch while trail riding. This is for my 16 grizzly.
