900xp apex

Well got my apex in and must say truly unbelievable, have one issue can’t figure out, apex harness to Rzr fuel level, when I filled it up threw a code engine fuel and level all flash, pulled pump and when you drop level lights go off but can’t get level right, anyone else have any ideas??

New World Record For OSP and Matt Ling!!!!!!

Here is a video from some racing action last weekend at the JMI ATV Nationals. Jim and the OSP crew raised the bar even higher for the UTV sand drag scene.
We ran a 3.79 @ 91.5 mph. And we did it with 10psi less boost than last year!!! This thing is scary fast and a blast to drive.
Enjoy the video!!! (Those are 500hp turbo busa trikes and quads that weigh around 500 lbs in the other lane).

Need help with Weber wiring

I’m in the process of finishing up my Wasteland swap and I need some help. I bought all of this off a wrecked Wasteland swap. Can anyone help me out with the wiring?

Do the two circled in yellow hook up straight to the battery? Also, the red coiled up wire is spliced into the Weber harness. Can anyone tell me what that is?

These are chassis ground. One was factory, but I can’t remember where it was hooked up.

There are a bunch of random naked wires from the Weber harness. Any insight on these?

Apex to Rzr 900xp speed sensor

Apex conv are you guys using stock speed sensor, if yes what color Yamaha to Polaris, contacted hawk not doing his board for this anymore?? Assuming need to register any speed and don’t care if it’s right have gps, thanks :ride:ride:

XP4-900 Z1 Hybrid Swap

Well, I’m jumping ship on the Polaris 900 motor as well. After many issues with turbo charging and finally loosing the Aerocharger turbo itself I’m tired of fixing it and having an unreliable machine. I WAS running E85 and 13+psi. I really didn’t have actual engine issues, all of it was related to the exhaust system and turbo itself. But of course am now highly addicted to boost and HP!

I’m calling this a "Hybrid Swap" because plans are to obviously use my XP4 900 chassis (I just have too much $$$ invested and its setup with all the creature comforts I want for both trail & dune riding), but install more like an XP1000 leaving the turbo in the factory Arctic Cat front location. Jason Hawk has been kind enough to let me "piece meal" his kit / parts a few at a time as my build progresses since several aspects are undetermined.

My XP4 is a 2012 with MANY extras – I won’t bore you with a list. I already have a water / air intercooler & pump installed so may or may not use it from the Aerocharger kit. Still have all my turbo related gauges, boost controller, etc. I have been running N/A for the last few months. Although low HP compared to boost is in good condition and will be for sale soon to run as is or its ready for boost. As well as all other associated parts not needed.

Yes my car is a 4 seater! I did need 4 seats when I bought it, but in the last year we have gone on several trips where no one sat in the back. So with the "Hybrid" part I know I’m going to loose at least the rear passenger seat as the turbo & exhaust will surely be in the way. I hope to retain one rear seat on the drivers side, but if I can’t that is ok too. Probably gonna have to move the upper shock mounts outward slightly to clear exhaust.

I already have an oil cooler and fan installed and will retain it mounted in a fashion to also help move air in and around the turbo.

I already blew a transmission bearing at 1450 miles, so those are all upgraded and should be good. Also running some of the larger Chinese axles & CV’s – Good so far!

Fuel Tank – size, location, etc.
Reflashed Stock ECM or Vipec
Stock Primary Clutch or Rage 8
Charging System – I hope stock is enough?

Shortly after loosing the Aerocharger a few months ago I found a 2014 Z1 with 85 miles. Complete with harness, dash, clutch, turbo, sensors, etc. COMPLETE!!

Just waiting of first shipment of parts from Hawk!

Coming soon my DYS Z1 conversion !

Here ya go! The low down……I will be pulling my Packard boosted motor out of my 2014 RZR 1K two seater and replacing it. The sled has just over 1k miles, Speed werxs re flash with multi map ECU (180, 210, 240H.P.) Clutching, Evolution power sport BRV valve and a bunch of stuff I wont need like fox Float 2 shocks, riser, hand guards, blah, blah, blah. Oh and enough amsoil for a couple of oil changes.

I’m giving Hawk Performance a call in the morning and getting some parts on the way but,
My build ideas so far are
Ditch the Air to water and go with an air to air
Go with the scatter shield
Head studs for the "just in case" scenario
Thinking I should replace the transmission bearings with quality bearings
Maybe some better axles

If any one has some thoughts please share!

NEED HELP with my Z1

Getting ready to leave for trip and my car won’t start. Is it normal when removing return fuel line for fuel to pour out when cycling key on and off? Already replaced spark plugs and it does have spark. Thanks for any advice.
