Z1 service manual

I recently inherited a rzr4 with a z1 turbo conversion. It s not working and i have to tear it down and check what the issue. I am looking for a service manual without alot of luck can anyone point me in the right direction. Also has anyone had experience with the Wastland conversion

RZR 100 with Apex…..

Any of these machines for sale? I sold my 900 turbo and want a 1000 with an Apex, or a Z1, or a Nytro. I could build one but not sure I want to do all the work. I almost bought a 900 but I think the 1000 chassis would be better for the Apex. This is one I was dealing on and it was a good price but just didn’t pull the trigger partly because I wanted an Apex fuel injected motor, this one is an RX1 motor.

Those with Apex swap TB clamp question?

Hello I have a RZR with Apex swap running boost and have been having issues with the throttle bodies to head couplers popping off. The OEM clamps seem very weak and bend and twist easily. Anyone run into this issue also? Is anyone using after market clamps and what kind?

Apex swap and cooling question ?!?!

I have a 2011 RZR4 with Apex swap and have noticed temperature differences from the temp sensor at the thermostat housing and the sensor I have at the radiator inlet. I have also noticed that people run the water lines from the thermostat housing to the engine and radiator in 2 different ways. I have attached pictures of both and would like to know if anyone can tell me which would be the best way to route the water lines for best cooling efficiency and water flow.

Any known problems running a 900 fuel pump and a 1000 throttle body

I can some concerns about running an 900 xp fuel pump that has a pressure regulator setup with with a fuel return line to the gas tank with 1000 xp throttle body that does not have a fuel return line or a pressure regulator.

Does any body know if I will run into problems with this set up? Will I burn up the 900 pump because there is no fuel return line? Will this setup provide enought fuel to feed the 1000.
